Myrtle and Willow UK Avis

Highly recommend for biothane collars. Excellent customer service, very quick delivery & the collar is excellent quality, looks really on. Such a great range of colours, sizes etc & really great price for a quality product.

Have ordered a few times now from Myrtle & Willow for collars and leads and a number of puppy collars to send home with our puppies. The items are really well made, sturdy and ao easy to keep clean.
Lovely colour choices and the ability to ask for custom sizes is amazing.
Postage is quick and items arrive packaged really well

We have a new puppy called Maisie so looked for collars and leads. Found a large choice of types and colour's to choose from.
Picked a collar and lead, quality excellent, feels soft in the hand and such great colours.
So happy were we with our purchase we then added a training lead as well 😀

I was looking for a tag holder to hang charms on my dogs collar. It’s something that I’d be unable to find online so I messaged Myrtle and Willow on the off chance they’d be able to help. Much to my delight they made a few examples and sent a photo, they were perfect. They were sent out super quick and now my dog has somewhere to hang his various charms. I definitely recommend Myrtle and Willow.

Quick delivery, very reasonably priced, good quality, just tge right width and length.

Excellent seller. I have first had an issue with the measurement of my whippets house collar, however, Christy has promptly helped me and shipped my order very quickly, I received the day after I placed it.

Thank you very much and will recommend the shop to anyone.

After ruining yet another leather collar I needed a waterproof collar that was suitable for a sighthound (whippet) for my GPS tracker to be attached too. Myrtle and Willow were able to make me EXACTLY what I required. Super helpful service ensuring we got the measurements just right to make sure the collar wouldn't slip down my dogs neck when fitted. I went for a Teal and Forrest and a Brown and tan colour combo for my two whippets. I could even choose what colour hardware I wanted. Fully recommend these for any whippet owners who have water and mud loving whippets! A quick wipe or wash and they look good as new, not to mention they are wide too so no issues with the dogs necks. Leads that match are also avaliable which is great as you can get a matching set. Really reasonablely priced too. Now I just need to decide what colour to add to my collection next!

Review of 5m training lead.
I agree with everyone’s positive comments about Christy’s excellent service but what I wanted to add is an unexpected benefit: when my dog reaches 5m and the lead becomes taut, I am teaching her the words “too far” and she’s learning to stop and turn towards me, without coming all the way back to me. So I hope that in time she’ll be able to be free within a small circle around me.
Also, the lead acts as a natural drag line, and so seems to suppress her urge to run away. She seems very content.
Therefore I highly recommend these leads!

The products I bought were 100% customised to what I wanted and they are gorgeous. The quality is excellent. They must be comfortable as my Staffy x can be a bit scratchy around her neck, but doesn't seem bothered by her new collar. They look brand new and she has marked every other collar she has ever had within hours!

What stands even above the excellent products though is the communication, which is exceptional. Every question I had was answered fully and in a friendly and professional way. I felt that Myrtle and Willow really wanted to make sure I had exactly what I wanted.

I can't recommend highly enough and will 100% be buying from them again.

Excellent service. Quick delivery. Just what we ordered. The handle is great. Really good value for money. Would highly recommend.

we absolutely love love our leads we’ve collected over the last year. and they all look brand new. we use them a lot, they get dragged through all sorts and are honestly amazing they’re honestly one of the best places to go for biothane items 🥹💚

Good quality, extremely fast turnaround and fantastic communication. I needed a custom training lead for my new puppy and the whole experience was so positive. Christy answered all of my queries promptly and went out of her way to accommodate my colour request. The first order was so good I placed a second less than 24 hours later! When getting a new puppy there is so much to think about but this made it one less thing to stress over. The prices are also very affordable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and would definitely use her again as I already have!

Great customer service, excellent quality of product and my dogs look gorgeous in their new collars and leads!

Have received the most excellent service from M&W, from tailoring an order to meet my precise needs, to very effectively resolving a small consequent problem. They've been amazing. And I so love my biothane longline, a revelation compared to old webbing ones - slide along the ground easily, light weight and super easy to clean. Really adding value to my dog's training, without any hassle. Thank you M&W!!

Absolutely love the two leads I have purchased. Best I have found. No more burns on hands and legs when my puppy decides to make a quick run for it after he well tangled me up. So easy to clean. Super fast service with great communication. Highly recommended and I will continue to purchase items.

Wow what a service, speedy creation, happy to personalise and the quality is amazing my Evie is so proud to wear her lilac and rose gold 🥰

Fabulous, friendly and speedy service. The quality of the collars and leads are superb. The soft flexibility of the product makes the collars comfortable for the dogs and the leads warm and comfortable to hold but strong. It is great that these can be cleaned after each use especially with mud monsters like mine 🐾🐾🐾

Fantastic service and high quality collars.
My second order (hound collar) arrived today and I am over the moon with it, exactly what I asked for, very well made and arrived quicker than expected.
Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again in the future.

Just received my collar for my lurcher today. I’m so pleased with it! The only hard thing about the purchase was choosing which colour I wanted the collar lol 😅 I was kept up to date on postage and received my collar fast. Very happy and would 100% recommend!! 😁
