Myrtle and Willow UK Avis

I came across Myrtle and Willow on Instagram and oh my days! I'm so impressed!
We ordered directly and from start to finish the customer service was fantastic!
The collars arrived and the quality is just superb! They're soft and flexible so the dogs have taken to them instantly with no aggravation at all! The colour is rich and the quality of the metal finishing is brilliant!
Amazing products and I'd happily recommend them to anyone!

We have had several items now from here. Amazing service allowing me to tailor an order specific to my requirements, adapting lead length for my junior handler. The products are well made and still look like new months later. Robust enough for my crazy labs..always a win :)

Absolutely fantastic BioThane martingale collar and lead. Very well made and Christy was brilliant in her communication; customising the size for me. Highly recommend, will be back for another if my puppy grows out of her collar.

Our products from Myrtle and Willow are great! We have a biothane long lead, 2 collars and 2 traffic handles and all of them are fab. The handles are my favourite. They're so easy to grab my dogs when another dog if approaching and they wipe clean so easily! Communication is great and lovely, thank you!

Highly recommended! Excellent customer service and communication from the seller. Great quality and perfect for muddy pups as they’re so easy to clean! I’ve ordered 3 collars and a lead from here now and will certainly be making other purchases in the future.

Myrtle and Willow were recommended to us and we are pleased we ordered through them because our lovely yellow lead is amazing! We ordered a custom lead to help us train and safely walk our reactive rescue dog Riley. We talked about the design, colour and hardware options. We were kept up to date with our order and it arrived in good time. The lead is strong, durable and just what we hoped for.

Quality of collars is amazing, good choice of colours and easy to clean, especially useful if you have a mud magnet like my boy! Still looks as good as new at nearly a year old, and customer service is great too. Collar came beautifully wrapped - great if you want to send as a gift. Definitely be buying more.

Would definitely recommend! Beautiful colours, robust and easy to care for.
Not only a wonderfully well made product but also a business that genuinely cares about their customers (both human and dog!)

We got our two dogs a collar each and they’re absolutely beautiful! We’ve had lots of comments about them. The quality and the service was excellent. Very friendly and we’ll certainly be buying again.

Absolutely amazing products, I ordered a collar and lead matching set, really quick delivery and the material used is the best I’ve ever known, it wipes clean and a year later is still looking as good as the day it arrived. Thank you will definitely be buying from you again.

Fantastic customer service, good choice of colours and incredibly fast turnaround! Bought our puppy his collar from here and liked it so much we decided to get another for our older dog. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of service or products!

Fantastic!
Outstanding service and top quality item. Would highly recommended this company 👌

Highly recommended seller, nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was super quick and the products are fab! Colour are still strong after several times in mud and being washed!
