ID Tag collar
I had a collar made for my dog, arrived within 2 days and was brilliant quality. I measured his head wrong the first time and it was too big, but I contacted the seller and they responded really quickly and resized the collar to fit. Really fast shipping, including the return of the resized collar and wonderful customer service, I will definitely be purchasing products from myrtle and willow again!

Great quality and service
I had a custom order made and had a really positive experience. Communication was excellent — very helpful and responsive throughout.
The quality of the Biothane and hardware is great, and everything feels well made and finished to a high standard. My custom collar adapter and lead handle turned out exactly as I’d hoped.
Quick turnaround as well, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Best customer service I've ever received. This company never fails to impress me. I've ordered a few times and the service and quality is always outstanding. I wouldn't buy my dog leads/collars from anywhere else now.
