Though the work was done very well

Though the work was done very well, we experienced cancellation of two appointments without any reasons from your company which disturbed the tenant.

Pleasant experience

Simple to book, typical price for an EPC, kept informed regarding the appointment, very pleasant and efficient examiner, with certificate issued the same day. Could not really ask for more.

I ordered Gas Safety Cert + CO Detector…

I ordered Gas Safety Cert + CO Detector + Smoke Alarm, but only the gas check was carried out. The gas check came back failed, I asked for a price to fix it and complained about the smoke detector and CO alarm not being done. Received an email back in the junk folder a week later saying they would ask the engineer for a price and let me know. No mention of missing jobs. I also enquired about CO detector and a smoke alarm only for another property and got an email back about solar power??

booking was ok

booking was ok , but it moved, maybe the tenant, when done at the 11th hour it said on the portal urgent book it! However, office assisted and emailed the GSC to me.

EPC survey.

The booking process was quick and easy and examiner was polite and helpfull. Once the EPC survey had been completed the certificate arived quickly.
