Fantastic Company
Found Natural Paving Store online but rang the office to place my order. Office staff checked they had enough stock before I placed an order for 8 pallets of Autumn Brown Sandstone. I was then given fantastic advice to get the pallets to me quickly and by the cheapest method. The price was easily the best I found online or locally. All pallets arrived on time, via an incredibly polite and helpful courier. The slabs were of a high standard and only 1 slab in the 8 pallets was damaged, this was used as a cut tile and therefore no wastage at all. I had over ordered and needed to arrange the return of 1 pallet. The office staff went well above any normal company in helping me do this and I received my refund once the pallet had been collected. My new patio looks absolutely amazing and it has been a real pleasure dealing with a company dedicated to offering a personal service and a top quality product.

The sample is not at all accurate.
The sample is does not in any way resemble the colour/s shown in your website. Unfortunately I would not be able to risk making a purchase as I would not be likely to get what I am looking for!

I am very sorry to hear that you felt your sample was not a good representation of the product.
Our samples are 100mmx200mm and they are great to get an idea of the feel and texture of the product, due to it being natural stone and not a manmade printed pattern, a small offcut, may not represent the paving colour tones on a larger scale.
I would like to take this opportunity to offer the services of our team who are always on hand to help you with any questions or concerns. Due to natural stone being more random, we are always willing to take pictures or videos of the actual paving you will receive or to go through different options with you. Should your original choice not be suitable we have extensive knowledge of many types of paving options and can help you to find alternatives.
Our pictures used on our website for the product you purchased are of Gardens we have installed ourselves, therefore they do represent the overall final finish very well. However, with natural stone, each pack will be unique, and no 2 projects are the same.
I hope this helps you further and perhaps by chatting with us in regards to your project and sample so that we can assist, we can look to help change your review to a more positive experience.

Porcelain paving slabs
It was quick and easy to order my slabs I was kept informed of my delivery when they were coming which was great my only concern is how many of the slabs had chips I haven’t finished the job yet as I needed an operation and I’m waiting for the spring to complete so fingers crossed I haven’t got to many more damaged I had ordered more then I needed so hopefully I won’t have to order any more the ones with no damage are good quality it’s a shame

Needed to return the items but couldn’t…
Needed to return the items but couldn’t get hold of anyone kept ringing the office but no answer!! And the item listing on eBay are different to the website also very confusing!!

I am very sorry to hear that you were not able to get through to our store, however, I can see that unfortunately, you contacted our office during our Christmas shutdown period. We did advise of this on our website, please accept our apologies if you did not see this.
Over this period our office phones were not manned, however, we were still contactable via email, our chat service, or by leaving a message.
We have since tried to contact you on our return and asked for you to get in touch if you still require our assistance.
Our eBay site and Website are 2 different platforms. On occasions, these may vary from each other as we may sell clearance items or end-of-line stock on eBay, but not have this listed on our website product pages.
