Great service
Ordered and delivered in about a week 👍🏻. I was told the delivery company would contact me an hour before delivery but they didn’t, fortunately I was at home.Difficult to check two pallets of slabs when packed so well, only issue was two different batch numbers and a broken slab but contacted the Natural Paving Store and they refunded the broken slab and suggested that I lay slabs out before laying to see if there was any noticeable difference and fortunately there wasn’t.
Would definitely use again.

Paving slabs
Asked for sample ,great received sample,with a 10% discount code ( no expiry date ) 3 weeks pass I decided to place an order only to be told it’s no long valid but they have a new code with5% off. I get businesses can change discount as and when they want but you would expect if they send a cold out without an expiry date and only three weeks has passed. They would honour it never mine their loss, I went somewhere else.

I am very sorry that after 3 weeks we could not honour the discount that was offered at the time you purchased your sample.
As you point out businesses do have the right to remove discounts and this is stated on our website.
I understand that you felt it was only 3 weeks however due to demands, current shipping costs and seasonal times we do change our marketing strategies to align with our business needs at the time.
In this instance, we changed our promotion to a 5% discount and reduced our paving costs online where possible.
We are always very willing to look into costs and quotes and offer the best price we can at the time and the likely hood would have been with the reduction in the cost of the paving and a 5% discount the price would have been similar to the 10% discount that was offered at the time you purchased your sample.
We pride ourselves on good customer service, quality paving and offering excellent prices.
I'm sorry on this occasion we were not able to help you and wish you the best of luck with your project.
