Arrived on the date I requested which was a couple of weeks after I placed the initial order. Also included 2 slabs free of charge to cover any damages which worked out perfectly as we did unfortunately have 2 damaged.

Good is when things are difficult but get sorted
Very good website and a very competitive price for the pavings we bought.
My main contact Ellie was extremely helpful as we worked are way through the issue of delivery, which was torturous at times but we got there in the end.

My order arrived really quickly. Really happy with the stones.
The box was pretty damaged by the time it arrived. Thankfully the stones were not broken; really feel better packaging is required.

And although we try our best to wrap the orders to protect them as best as we can sometimes the packaging gets damaged in transit. I ordered 600x600 anthracite grey…
I ordered 600x600 anthracite grey porcelain and received 600x900.
Luckily I just used them because my client gave the go ahead after a little while. But more checks do need to be done so people are getting the correct sized tiles!!!
