send a different looking product as to what I ordered.
Company ordered a product that was nothing like advertised. Wrong colour wrong finish. Delivered onn the wrong day. Caused issues with the neighbours.
Don't bother ordering as they just waste your time and money asking for extra delivery.
I'll buy more local next time

As a company, it is always important to receive reviews, whether good or bad, so that we can improve in any areas where we haven't met expectations.
It can be quite upsetting when a customer posts a negative review out of frustration, especially when the mistake was actually made by the customer themselves. This review was written before our customer service team could respond, as it was outside of our company's working hours. Our customer service team could have explained to the customer that it looked like they had made an error in their order and they hadn't specified a specific delivery day so our standard service of 2-3 working days was applied and worked with them to find a fair outcome.
Hopefully, as we have now had a chance to respond directly, we can look to get this resolved.

Very good service
I was kept well up to date with delivery. I was given a 2 hour window and the driver phoned me 5 minutes out.
I had seen the same slabs on many sights but none of them delivered for free in Aberdeenshire which I always find baffling ( and annoying)

Perfect in every department
A couple of cracked slabs which are to be expected, however the communication between the company on next steps were very fair, responsive and flexible.
The hauling company used are also very useful with exact updates on the delivery status, more detailed than any delivery company I've seen in the past.
Tiles were praised by the builder as some of the best he's seen, he was also surprised at the price being far lower than he expected for their quality.
