War er mis ging ? Wat niet is een beter vraag. Het product werkt niet.
In februari aangekocht. Het kwam toe na bijna 2 maanden.
Daarbij werden de maanden nadien extra bedragen van mijn rekening gehaald voor een totaal van 200€
Contact opgenomen via mail verschillende keren, geen reactie op gekregen.
Klachten in gediend wordt compleet genegeerd!
Ik raad dit absoluut af.
Moet.ik geen sterren kunnen geven hadden ze geen sterren gehad. Ze verdienen geen ster.

BiG WARNING!!!! FRAUDS!!!! I ordered red light belt but they added "free cream", free cancelation, they took 365€ b/c subscription 🤬. Wtf?? No answering anymore my email.

Quality of the product was very poor, they then took £399 off me gir a subscription I didn't authorise, I never even received the product they took the money for, they have promised for over 5 months to refund me but never have. These people literally steal your money, do not purchase off them

I ordered a promotion offered for a belt no ties attached. I never received the belt and they kept trying to charge me over 200 dollars for their cream. After a number of attempts at emailing them, they said they would refund my money and cancel the creams that they kept trying to charge me for. To make a long story short, I never received a refund or the red light belt I ordered... very pissed person who will never get them any good credit because they couldn't even get me a credit for a red light belt I never received. I think the company is a scam and just took my money without sending me what I ordered. I kept all emails and should post them. I don't know what to do from here but take a loss from a dishonest company.

Scam Scam Scam do not buy from this company, charged 399.00 for creames never receives or asked for. Do not buy from this company

Item didn't work, sent it back but never received refund. I canceled the subscription 1 week after purchasing the item and 5 months later my card is being charged $399.99.

I bought an item from them for £44 3 months later they have debited my account with £299.37 do not touch

Do not!! They are criminals . Stay away ! Fraud Company!!

Please be very careful ordering from this company. I am still waiting for an approximate £800 refund from March this year. I had unwittingly subscribed to something I did not want at checkout. The whole process was not clear at all with no reminder email that that amount was to be debited from my account. Sincerely, Greeba

Wees voorzichtig wanneer u bestelt bij NuraBeam.

Er werd €399 bij mij in rekening gebracht voor een abonnement dat ik niet bewust had geselecteerd. De klantenservice heeft schriftelijk bevestigd dat het abonnement en de bestelling waren geannuleerd en dat ik binnen 10–14 dagen een volledige terugbetaling zou ontvangen.

Deze terugbetaling heb ik nooit ontvangen en na meerdere herinneringen per e-mail reageert het bedrijf helemaal niet meer.

Ik beschik over e-mails waarin de terugbetaling expliciet wordt toegezegd, evenals over de retourinformatie die door het bedrijf zelf is verstrekt.

Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik dit bedrijf niet aanbevelen.

They never sent me anything. And they lied and produced false documents to close the dispute with the bank!

I would give less than 1 star if I could. To begin with, I specifically recall no to subscription and they went ahead and took money through PayPal that had my payment information to the tune of $399, which should not have happened! Because I had purchased an infra red device for $49 from they, my bank approved the purchase for the subscription. Finally got an email from a man named Peter, that claimed refund would be done. Never happened and that was two months ago. Now he will no longer respond to me. I have threatened to go to the Attorney General’s office, but they are likely in China and China has no real ethical obligation. So I suppose I, like the rest of you, am screwed! 😢

If I could write this with a big fat ZERO I would. Basically con artisites !
They tired every excuse in the book to not send, pay refund BUT I stuck to it and got reunded in FULL through my bank

Absoloutely crap, delivery was weeks it said you get the creams free[lies] no creams and apparently you have to subscibe to a ridiculous amount of money for a shite product do not buy this it does nothing for weight loss

This company is a sham in the true sense of the word.

They have charged me £300 for creams (!!!!) (which I did not subscribe to) and have 'assured' me 3 times since 21st March (2 months ago) that my refund was on its way.

My credit card company have not yet reached a solution with them.

Don't order from them. Keep your sanity. There are other companies selling much better quality goods, with much better customer service.

In january 2026, I have ordered two waistbands. Until then, everything went fine. My order was a bit delayed, but they have informed me about that, so all good. In febraury, I went on vacation and when I was about to head home, I looked into my bank account and saw that I was missing some money. I then looked into the details and saw that Nurabeam charged me for a subscription that I did never make! So, I contacted them and they assured me that the subscription was cancelled and the refund was made. They told me to wait the usual 10-14 business days. So I did exactly that. When I did not get anything after 14 days, I contected them again. Again, they told me that the refund was processed again as an "exception". So long story short, after contacting them multiple times, alsway being reassured and waiting, and meanwhile being ignored, I am now waiting almost 4 months! The refund that I am talking about is above 1000 swiss francs. I will never order anything from NuraBeam again!

This company is a fraud be very careful when ordering as there are hidden buttons on the site.
I made a one off order to Nutrabeam of 135€
The following 2 months my credit card was charged a total of 1.500,00€ for products I did not order & of course did not recieve.
I have reported this company to the police.
I did not read reviews before buying but have subsequently found out that there are hundreds of people that have been charged large amounts of money for products they did not order.
BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD

SCAM!!! They charged me for a subscription that I did not authorize. They took $399.96 out of my bank for a 1 month supply of some cream that they didn’t even send me, then refused to respond to any emails and there’s no phone number to call!! Do not buy from them!!!
