Nurabeam Avis 

I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Nurabeam, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company at all costs.
On 20th January, I purchased a set of Neurabean bands for £158, marketed for wellness and improving skin elasticity. The product arrived as expected, and at first, I had no major complaints. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended.
On the morning of 17th February, I discovered that £999.98 had been taken from my account without my knowledge or consent. I had not signed up for any subscription or recurring payment. After raising a complaint, I eventually received a partial refund of £899.98 on 20th February, yet £100 was withheld without explanation. This raises serious concerns about their business practices. If this is happening to multiple customers, it’s easy to see how they could be profiting significantly from unauthorized charges.
The situation became even worse. On Tuesday, 17th March, I woke up to yet another unauthorized transaction, this time £799.92..again taken by Nurabeam. This charge was supposedly for a cream to accompany the bands, something I never ordered and never agreed to. It has since come to light that I had been enrolled into a subscription without my consent. This has now been cancelled, but the damage has already been done.
This has caused me significant financial distress. These are not small amounts of money, and losing nearly £1,000 twice.. is simply unacceptable. I have bills to pay, and this situation has been both stressful and upsetting.
I am currently awaiting a full refund of £799.92 and expect the remaining £100 from the February transaction to be returned as well.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nurabeam under any circumstances. There are plenty of alternative retailers offering similar products at far lower prices, including reputable platforms like Amazon, without the risk of hidden subscriptions or unauthorized charges.
Avoid this company unless you are prepared to monitor your bank account closely and deal with potentially serious financial issues.

Do not use !!!! They will charge you for the item and then take out more money and you never receive the item , will struggle to cancel as they will say you subscribed, when u did not !

SCAM ALERT! The only reason why I am leaving a review is to make sure that anyone who reads this will know that this company is a SCAM and they charge you $399 one month after your purchase. Extremely long delays on delivery, poor communication and lack of customer service with extremely slow response time. And you supposedly signed up for a monthly subscription for a small fee of $399…you are automatically signed up for said subscription once you make your purchase; which is very well hidden from the customer. NuraBeam is a SCAM and you should not give them any credit card information!

Absolutely a scam regarding the subscription of $399. I had read about this, and purposely clicked to not have it and was still charged (2) separate $399 fees. Avoid this company completely.

Scam

I purchased the UV waist band and it took over a month to arrive. I tried to contact customer service and they didnt reply. I eventually got the band which is ok quality. In the mean time I have had a £399 charge tried to be taken from the bank. The bank flagged as fraud and I changed my card but a day later they managed to try again on my new card. I have had to put a block on the company to ensure they don’t get this money or keep trying to take money for subscriptions I never signed up to.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered 2 armbands, which were supposed to come with 2 free creams. I noticed that when you order, it automatically signs you up for subscriptions of the 2 creams at $399.00 per month, so I immediately contacted Nurabeam to discontinue the subscription. When my product arrived, there was no “free” creams. The next month, my credit card was charged $399.00 for creams. I contacted Nurabeam again and told the to take it off my credit card - I was not interested in the creams. Next, I was charged $14.99 on my card. When I looked it up, there was a $5.00 VIP status charge, along with $9.99 shipping fee (for status??!!). These people are a scam, and will try anything to steal your money!

I received an email I was getting my money back in 10-14 business days it’s been 18 days the customer service is horrible. I’ve contacted my bank to proceed and i will take legal action as well. It has been the most horrible experience. It’s not 20$ it’s 413$ for firming creams.

Wow, just got a call from my bank to inform me nurabeam was trying to take $569.00 from my account, luckily they blocked it but now have to cancel my card & get a new one. Do not buy from this company, they will rip you off if you're not aware...

SCAM! Not sure if the product works since I've only had it for a week, but 3-4 weeks after purchasing the $49.99 chin light, I was charged $399.96 for I don't know what? I checked no free items when I purchased the chin strap because it said that would create a subscription. I filed a Fraud claim with my bank and had to be issued a new credit card. My bank said they had set up a monthly payment with my account. Order somewhere else.

The product I actualle wanted, payed for and got is good. BUT! I quickly added "free products" before paying and without registrating I had signed up for and subscibed for 399 £ a month! I contacted them and they said that stopped the shipment (wich they did, i never got that). But they never refunded me! It has been four weeks no, never got the money.

They scammed me, charged me $399 for creams for a subscription that I did not ask for. They said they would refund me but the refund never came through.

Just read the below reviews. The exact same thing happened to my friend. They tell you not to raise a dispute with the bank in the hope that the money clears before you realise you've be scammed. They tried to take £800 from her.

If I could give it no stars I would, really bad company to buy anything from. I bought a red light belt £47 with discount from them for Valentine’s Day for my wife, it supposed to come with 1 x firming cream and 1 x red light intensifier for free.
The creams never turned up with the belt 2 months delivery so I complained, no answer then today 12/03/26 I get charged £399 ? I never subscribed to anything and now have a fight on my hands to get my money back.

Customer service is crap at best and just taking money from my account is just fraudulent. I hope other people read this and dont buy from them or you will be in the same boat.

DONOT BUY ANYTHING from this company! They are dishonest and disgusting. You are automatically charged for a cream and placed on a subscription that you were unaware of. The charge on your credit card will be over $400 dollars. When you try to get in touch with them you will receive no answer and your email will not be answered. Your only solution will be to contact your credit card company to have the payment stopped. Disgusting business to say the least. You have been warned.

Total scam. Bought a chin light got it (cheaply made) 28 days later they charged my card 399 for a subscription.

Poor unresponsive customer care. Missing items, overcharged, they tried to take more money. Ridiculous product which is useless as its impossible to use.

Chased item several times, went to a blank website.
A month later, charged £399 for a subscription I did NOT sign up for or even recall seeing anything about when I purchased the item - an I’m always meticulous before making any online purchase!
Bank spotted it as a fraudulent transaction and got in touch so thank goodness thy didn’t get the £399.
AVOID purchasing anything from these scammers.
