still waiting for a refund on a subscription I did not sign up for

Send you crap TEMU version devices- you also sign up to a £300 subscription when you buy a product (they don’t tell you this - you can cancel within your account) - they also do not reply to your emails and DMs - they ignore you. This is a scam website and I will be reporting to Action Fraud, trading standards, my bank, the national security center and Instagram. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. £399 was taken from my account for a 'subscription' for creams that were not ordered and did not arrive. I have still not received my refund after waiting for more than 15 business days. Avoid this company if you do not have £399 to lose!

Do not use this company. I did receive my goods although it took a while. Next thing I know £399.99 has been taken out of my bank account apparently due to a subscription which I NEVER agreed to. Have been promised a refund since beginning March but nothing so far

I ordered the nurasculpt pro+ it took a month to get to me and then the power cord broke. I purchased the protection plan and contacted them to have it replaced. They asked me for a picture of my replacement plan even though I purchased it through them I sent that and then they asked me for pictures and a video of the broken cord and that was weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything back.

Sent me a fraudulent product. Ordered the NURABEAM red light therapy belt and I got some generic black box with stickers in Chinese on it; nothing indicating it is NuraBeam. I’ve reached out to the company with no response so now disputing charge with my bank.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING. This company is a total scam. Buyer beware.

Terrible ! Belt arrived broken . After one month. I asked for a reimbursement and they disapper. Still waiting for a refund

Misleading checkout and no refund received

Dealing with Nurabeam, this has happened to me. I ordered what was advertised as a belt for EUR 50.95 during a “big sale,” but after receiving it I was charged an extra EUR 399.96 for what appear to be creams that I never knowingly agreed to purchase.

Apparently, a subscription was added during checkout. A subscription of EUR 399.96 for two creams is completely unreasonable, and certainly not something I would ever have intentionally signed up for.

I contacted the company and was promised a refund, but I never received it. Since then, I have had no meaningful reply at all. The creams never arrived either. Not the first time with the belt, nor the second time when they charged the extra €399.96.

As for the product itself (the belt), it did not match the impression given on the website. It had no clear branding, no logo, and did not feel like a trustworthy or professional product.

Overall, this was a very poor experience: misleading checkout, unexpected charges, no refund, no proper customer service, and a product that did not live up to expectations.

Same as everyone else’s experience have been scammed by this shocking company if there was a no star option I would go for it .
As others have mentioned DID NOT sign for subscription but charged £296 for something I did not receive Do NOT buy from this bunch of scam artists!!!! Waiting for refund if that ever happens !!!

Didn’t receive all items of original order then charged £399 as I was not aware I’d been placed on a subscription. Managed to get this cancelled was promised refund still waiting. Do not use scam company

I ordered from this company and was supposed to receive 3 items. 1 item was delivered, but almost 3 months later, I am still missing the additional 2 items.
On top of this, there is a monthly subscription for one of the missing items. Having not receive nor obviously tried this produce, I cancelled the subscription and requested a chargeback. 2 months later and I have received no response other than the subscription is cancelled.
No reponse regarding when I should receive the missing two items and no response regarding the refund.
This despite at least 6 emails to the company.
I will not be contacting my bank for a full refund.

I made a small purchase. Then the company stole my credit card info and set up a false digital wallet in my name. Then they attempted two large charges on my credit cards. The card company caught the attempted $499 and $799 charges thankfully.

This company needs to be exposed they are scamming thousands off People .., my bank are dealing with it now … avoid avoid .. they just keep taking large amounts it’s disgusting…,

Like everyone else, ordered without accepting free gifts or the subscription. Product took a month to arrive. Company attempted to steal £300 from my account last night. Thankfully I had read these reviews and the transaction was blocked.
Please do not trust, or give payment details, to this company. Product is good but it will potentially cost you so much more than it is worth.

I was unknowingly enrolled in a subscription, cancelled it, and was still charged $563.

No response from customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them. I have now had to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

This experience raises serious concerns about their billing practices.

Just like the other reviews I was signed up by Nurabeam to their subscription. I did see that the free products, came with a subscription and was very cautious not to accept the free gifts and checked the subscription settings and ensured they were not ticked. Somehow they signed me up to the £399.96 and took the funds from my card. After complaining Nurabeam confirmed that due to the item still awaiting shipping that they would refund me. Sadly this refund was not issued as promised and I have had to take further action. The original product was also not as expected and I had to return this and I'm sure I'll not receive a refund for this either. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs.
