Same as others on here bought waist band and refused free gift and subscription and two weeks later charged 399 for creams I didn’t want. Disputed with my bank as fraudulent.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO….Disgusting scammers

Okay so I ordered the arm bands and they arrived within a week . I made sure I didn’t tick the free items because of the expensive subscription. Luckily the “shop” app mentioned my subscription and knowing I didn’t sign foranything, I checked my account . Sure enough 2 subscriptions were showing at £200 each . These were easy to cancel, but should never have been there.

This is a real shame because the actual arm bands work brilliantly . I use 6 days a week for 20 minutes and I have lost 2cm on each arm in three weeks

This company charged my card for $800 for two jars of cream that I never ordered. I specifically made certain there was nothing checked on my order for a device and I specifically check to make sure there were no subscriptions and yet they charged my card do not do business with this company. They are complete scammers.

Once I bought a infrared belt, they set me up for a automatic subscription of €344!!!!

Avoid con merchant company. Ordered a neck band which arrived but nothing like one advertised. Six weeks later I was debited 2 x £399.96 on a recurring subscription basis to my debit card. Luckily Barclays treated it as fraud and reimbursed me. This company needs to be investigated.

Absolute scam. I ordered a belt from them in the sale, when I placed the order it said I could receive free items if I signed up for a subscription. I removed the free items and opted out as I did not want any subscription. There was no mention of a subscription in my order confirmation either. I have now received a notification to say I have been charged £400 for a subscription order. Luckily my bank contacted me to confirm if I had made this purchase. When I said no they declined the payment, but that didn't stop Nurabeam trying again ti take the payment. In the end I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Not only that the product didn't even work. I asked to return it but they just ignored me.

As described by everyone else it is a scam. Amazing offer on Instagram and could see nothing about any recurring payment until all of a sudden 3 weeks later £399.96 removed from credit card and showing as recurring payment. Bank cannot recover so await to see if company will refund. Disgusting. Will never buy via social media again. Feeling foolish, gutted and heart goes out to all who have fallen prey to this shameful company who only care to make profit and do so by deliberate deception.

I ordered just the belt ensuring that I did not subscribe to any additional services. The belt I ordered never arrived and the company was unresponsive to my initial inquiry. I then received a charge for almost $400 for a subscription to the serum (that I never consented to) to use with a belt I never received.

This is a scam company. They allocate a free gift with your order that never comes despite saying it’s been shipped. The order confirmation and links within emails don’t work. The website doesn’t load properly and let you log into an account. They sign you up for a “subscription” that you never asked for, for random creams and charge you £399 out the blue! No cream would ever be worth that amount of money, and it’s a completely intentional act. I’m now having to raise it with the bank as fraud. I’d emailed them previously and stated I didn’t want any kind of subscription and not to attempt to take any payments, and they ignored me and still took it! Never ever order from here. The devices are also poor quality and not worth the “discounted” prices even.

I strongly advise not to order from this company!!!
1. I ordered the LED neck band. However, the product I received not only looked completely different from the one on the website, but it didn't work at all. I had to throw it away.
2. Some time later, I was charged CHF 400 for a cosmetic product that I had never ordered!!

They applied a hidden subscription at checkout and the next month I was charged £298. They said they would refund me but it has been over three weeks and still nothing!

I bought a waist band with Nurabeam that promised a free gift with a subscription. I canceled my subscription before receiving the gift because I noticed my coworker was charged $800 the day after she received hers (this subscription clearly stated I can cancel at any time).

While the company confirmed that cancellations are allowed at any time, they also said the “free gift” is only sent if the subscription remains active for 30 days — a detail that was not clearly disclosed upfront.

This is misleading, and the risk of a huge unexpected charge made it impossible for me to participate safely. Be very careful before subscribing, and make sure you fully understand all the terms of any “free” promotion - even when the terms are not clearly available to their customers.

Enkel een band besteld, kreeg er gratis producten bij. Die nooit geleverd. Plotseling zat ik vast aan een abonnement voor producten die ze maandelijks opsturen voor 400 euro+. Dit nog kunnen annuleren, zou geld terug krijgen, nog steeds niet gehad. Nu wederom ineens een abonnement, opnieuw geannuleerd. Blijven afschrijven, maar krijg niets terug

I bought the Nura Sculpt Pro thigh bands bands, they are to big for my legs, are useless. I wrote to costumer service and they replied that they would refund my money, but never did. Really bad customer service. Don't waste your money.
