Just had Ashley, Lucy and josh install my ogi internet, the team were very professional and a pleasure to have around, the Interaction with the team and the communication were 5 stars.

my original set up router was old type and not very good, signal kept dropping off. ogi said thy would send new type, but i got old type which has same problems, no one was interested when i phoned up.

Ashley and josh installed my Internet today and went out of their way to make sure it was positioned in the best place for good signal. This meant running cable a considerable distance through thr house, for which I am truly grateful. Excellent service.

I would 100% recommend OGI to anyone in the future, the service was quick, effective & very professional. The two gentlemen who attended my property were Simon Davies and Jake Munkley they were friendly & very helpful when it came to any questions I had also I would like to add the communication was amazing letting me know what time to be at the property etc. Overall very happy with the experience.

One last thing they made little to no mess & the speeds are amazing 982! Very impressed.

Just got it set up yesterday, the engineers - Jake Munkley and Simon Davies were very efficient and friendly, I would like to thank them for their professional service.

Huw & Colin did an amazing job setting up the WiFi with necessary wiring to our new home. They had to so some considerable work outside, including burying a cable, but they did this quickly and tidily. Huw then talked-through the connection process step by step. Highly recommended, thank you : )

I had OGI at my house today for an installation. The two guys Jake and Simon were brilliant. They arrived to find some obstacles with regards to cabling but nothing was too much trouble for them. They even helped me move some items for them to have access to a little used room. It was a pleasure having them here and they made sure everything was 100% before leaving, including explaining everything I needed to know. My only criticism of OGI is, maybe do some homework regarding access before the installation day to make it easier for all. Thanks guys .

Realised their mistake and came back and replaced the cable in the street to get me back on line.

My internet went down and I phoned OGI and the customer care lady that I spoke to was lovely and she passed my information onto a engineer called Ben Davies and his work ethic was superb, he resolved the issue and got my internet back on within 45 minutes, he communicated very well with me telling me exactly what has happened and what he done to fix it. Very helpful and very happy
