Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.
If you have any issues or questions to raise with Ogi, please call our friendly Care team (contact details below), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re here from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

First impressions of ogi
Iv been with an appalling broadband supplier for longer than i needed to be just for convenience, and iv heard good things about ogi in my area, i called up and in no time was given all the information on the best package suitable for my home & needs, was simple set up, no hidden installation fees like i have previously experienced with vodafone. I cant currently give a review on how the internet runs just yet as it needs to be installed, but Joe was brilliant at handling my call.
I get overstimulated by dragged out calls and long set ups over the phone but Joe, & ogi just keep it straight forward and simple.
Vodafone broadband being the nightmare they are, took me 40 minutes to deal with a Simple request of not renewing, whereas ogi took about 15 mins to arrange setup and complete everything that was needed. Record timing, fairplay! Im looking forward to see how it runs, and hopefully works out better than the faecal storm company i was previously with.

My contract was up for renewal so I…
My contract was up for renewal so I phoned Ogi and spoke to Rory . He was polite and explained options which were available to me in my area ,taking the time to answer my questions in a language I could understand ( techno phobe !) spoke to his manager and negotiated a renewal amount which I found acceptable. Have rarely had any problems with broadband dropping out or with the equipment would happily recommend and suggest negotiating a renewal !?

An Ogi call handler called Megan Davies…
An Ogi call handler called Megan Davies called me yesterday to explain my contact had expired and I was now paying a higher price but if I renewed my contract for another 2years the price would be reduced. She was very helpful and courteous during the call and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend Ogi as a broadband provider.

New installation of Broadband
New installation of Broadband. Two teams visited, one a couple of days before booked installation date to fit wiring. On the booked Installation date the fitting team were prompt, friendly and professional. Fitters Ashley Dean and Josh Reed carried out a very clean installation, explained clearly what they intended to do and completed the set up quickly and the job is very neat and tidy. No complaints at all, well done boys!

Had Ogi WiFi installed at our home 2 weeks ago, All good so far with no issues. Ashley Dean and Josh Rees were brilliant Arrived on time were really friendly after the work was completed they tidied up after themselve very efficient and would highly recommend.
