Ogi is Wales’s leading alternative network provider, installing a Gigabit-capable digital network in towns and villages across south Wales. It’s next generation stuff, giving local families and businesses great value ultrafast and ultra-reliable services, from a talented local team.
Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.
If you have any issues or questions to raise with Ogi, please call our friendly Care team (contact details below), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. We’re here from Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Got my new fibre broadband installed in Pembrokeshire this morning
I was a bit awkward & changed mind twice where I wanted the box, but the lads sorted it no problems & was quickly & efficiently set up.

Excellent service with no pressure
Megan was brilliant from start to finish. She helped me renew my contract at an extremely competitive price, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything extra or be upsold on services I didn't need. The whole process was straightforward, efficient and genuinely customer-focused. Thanks again, Megan, for making what is usually a tedious process so easy. Highly recommended!

Great service and reliable Wifi
Had Ogi installed at my business and the whole experience has been great. Liam Evans was brilliant throughout and made everything really straightforward. The WiFi has been reliable since installation and we’ve had no issues at all.
Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Ogi and Liam to anyone looking for fast, reliable internet.

From booking the date of installation…
From booking the date of installation they were very flexible which made ot less stressful to sort out. The Engineer Liam who turned up promptly was very friendly and seemed very experienced. The installation was very quick and easy, I couldn't have asked for more. The speeds and reliability is also great, ai would highly recommend.

Internet wasn't working this morning…
Internet wasn't working this morning when i got up. Phoned Ogi customer services told them of the problem and also that we were going away for a week tomorrow morning (Friday) so no one would be in.
Liam and Jake turned up within two hours . Problem sorted.

I had ogi fibre broadband installed today, Liam Evans & Jake munkley arrived and were very friendly, and explained what they were going to do.installation was quick and easy they cleaned up the mess from drilling the hole. And help me install the app.
