Delta Force Paintball Avis 

A massive thanks to Delta Force UK for supporting Friends of Suttons Primary Schools Charity by donating a voucher to help raise much needed funds to keep the children active within the school playground. The team at Delta came back really quickly and positively.

Very disappointed and misleading! Be cautious before going. It will cost you a ton of money without prior disclosure. We were sold a package but no one told us we would need in upwards of 500 bullets which is $64.99. Plus we had to purchase gloves. The 500 bullets was still not enough to finish the games. The staff was short we started very late and the lead was rude. When I called to complain I waited days to receive a call back. They refused to offer back some money for the misleading promotion! They did offer a free game but it would cost close to $100 for bullets. The ten of us in attendance were angry and none of us will go again or recommend. The set up for shooting are nothing like advertised but rather shield or barrels set up in rows. Please do your homework before spending an arm and a leg to go!!

We booked this for a childs party. On arrival they said that there were many adult men who would be playing with them (which were were told wouldn't happen at the time of booking and so strongly suggested we do the childrens version that I wasn't aware of. They charged us another £500 which i just paid as I had many kids and parents with us and figured I would discuss this with them afterwards except no one will answer my emails, and I have sent 8 of them and am still waiting over 3 months later.

Mark from Delta Force is an incredible employee. He assisted with my enquiry outside office hours and he was bubbly and helpful. It was a truly pleasurable experience because of Mark. It's safe to say ill return as a customer because of Mark. Thank you very much.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Absolute con men! We had my sons birthday party booked, they rang us the night before to advise they had another booking cancel short notice for the same time alot as us so needed to move us to the afternoon at a higher cost. My husband had rung to confirm the booking 10 mins prior and the same person then called me trying to strong arm me into paying more to move to the afternoon. My only options were to move to the afternoon slot and pay more for paintballs (as the PM package didnt include unlimited paintballs like the package i booked did) or cancel. Customer service was awful, typical scamming sales tactics saying she needed to get confirmation from manager when I asked to keep the unlimited paintball package I had booked, but when I asked to speak to said manager no one could take my call. Twice she went away for advice on what they could offer and twice I asked to speak to the manager, was not able to at all. Even when I asked for a full refund (including the £13 they charge you for paying online which is only option) she wouldn't confirm full amount will be refunded or how long a refund will take. Please do not use them they clearly use this tactic to try force people into paying more at the last minute as they know people are probably dependant on it being a child's birthday party and to avoid the disappointment of cancelling. Absolute cowboys!
