Custom cushion
I truly recommend PatioHQ if you're in need of a replacement cushion. The color was just right, matching what I ordered. The cushion fit perfectly, and I really appreciated having a few construction styles to choose from, making the process so much easier and more satisfying.

The cushions are great and made to…
The cushions are great and made to exact measurements. I would have given 5 stars however I ordered 2 cushions and only received one. Everyone makes mistakes but in telling them I did not receive all of my order I had to provide everything but a blood sample to prove it to them. I understand that people are shady and may try get one over on people but that's not me I had to provide several picture of the original order I received, the package when it was delivered (thanks to Fed Ex I had access to those), and the tags of the cover that they sent without the insert cushion, then I had to contact them again after sending everything because I still did not hear from them on whether or not they were going to make things right. In the end they finally did sent the insert cushion and they were perfect exactly what we were needing. Despite this hiccup I will be ordering from them again.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Customer service is horrible. Website is misleading. Pillow sizes do not match and look like a 3-year-old sewed them. Website dimensions are misleading and even when I sent them their own diagram of measurements they sent to me, they refused to correct the pillow sizes. After I disputed the charge with my cc company and left a one star review they agreed to make it right, and pillow sizes are still several inches off.

The back cushion inserts are intentionally fluffier to provide better comfort and support, which may be why the size initially seemed different.
However, as your satisfaction is our priority, our team has already provided a replacement as per your required design and material specifications. We have also received your acknowledgment via email that the new cushions you received are acceptable. The entire ordering process was seamless. PatioHQ’s website is set up so fluid- you enter sizes, select details and poof it arrives. Would highly recommend them , greatly quality and I look forward to my next order.

Customer Service is a Challenge - Updated
Updated 4/7/26:
PatioHQ representatives responded quickly after my 2/26 review was posted. Although we had to engage in a lot more correspondence to clarify my issue with the cushions, the company did attempt to make things right. I received a replacement set of cushions, which still were overstuffed (I think the production team didn't understand what the customer service rep and I discussed.) After a few more subsequent emails, the company gave me a partial refund, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm improving my rating to 3 stars because PatioHQ addressed my problem and the products are good quality. However, buyers should be aware that resulting orders may not be correct and will take time and effort to resolve.

The cushions arrived early, and most were what I ordered and good quality. My issue is with the bench back cushions, overstuffed beyond the 2" ordered - at first customer service was responsive, but now it's been a week since I sent them photos and videos they requested, and I've heard nothing back. Phone contact and "live" chat is non-functional.

I ordered replacement back and seat cushions for my oversized patio chairs and they are perfect! I absolutely love them! The color, thickness and quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast with no issues. I highly recommend!

They say they have outstanding support but they don’t pick up the phone or respond to chat. I can’t tell if the product is any good because I can’t ask anyone at patiohq any questions prior to ordering

Smooth talking ripoff!
I ordered 2 window seat cushions 24 x 82 inches based on their measurement calculator that allowed these measurements. Got an email saying they couldn't make 82 inches but would be happy to make 2 cushions 75 inches and one smaller one for 7 inches ( can you see that on a window seat?). They gave me the option to cancel (which I did). Here's the problem. It has been one month and I still haven't received a refund. Dealing with run around emails and phone calls and promises. Bottom line is I'm still waiting for my 553.72. Very Dishonest Company! I am still waiting for my refund.
Update: After many emails asking about my refund, it finally showed up in my account. I let them know through email as I said I would.

Inside cushions did not fit inside the cover
The cushion cover is great. The inside cushion needed to be two pieces due to the length, which I had no problem with and agreed to. But the two inside cushions together did not fit into the cushion. They were far too long. I ended up having to cut the foam myself to make them fit, and now the window cushion looks lumpy and like a DIY project. For the amount that I paid, I should’ve received cushions that fit accurately. It would have been a huge hassle to try and send back the inside cushions. For that reason, I am disappointed with the experience.

Poor Attention to Detail
While everything shipped quickly, my cushion was made incorrectly twice. The first version had the stripe orientation wrong, which they kindly replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the incorrect piping color.
As a result, I’m left with two unusable cushions, and only a 10% discount was offered, which feels insufficient given the repeated errors.

Cushion sizes were off a bit
Cushion sizes were off a bit. The seat backs not at all comfortable. We had to restuff the backs. Also rounded corners were only slightly rounded, not enough for the chairs, so we had to alter these ourselves. Some better explanation of the sizing would be helpful.

We fabricate cushions and pillows with a tolerance of ±1 inch.
