Alison at Pattinsons in the Cramlington branch has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She has been professional, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, she kept me updated, answered my questions promptly and always went the extra mile to help move things forward.
Her communication has been excellent, and I always felt she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me as a Landlord rather than just getting the job done.
It's rare to come across someone who is so knowledgeable, proactive and easy to deal with. Alison is a real credit to Pattinsons, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying, selling or letting a property.

I would never buy via auction again if I could help it but dawn made a very stressful time less so.

Any chance I can give them 0 stars? that's exactly how many starts they deserve from me.
This agency is a waste of time! We decided to sell our family home and chose Pattinson agency to do advertise it. What a mistake! While we were on holiday, they said we got an offer on the house, we accepted it and they took the house of the market before the buyers even came to see it. What a joke! The house was off the market for 3 months and after months of waiting we got in touch with the buyer ourselves and they said apparently they can't even get a mortgage, meanwhile Pattinson agency staff kept reassuring they are working in the background! 🤣🤣🤣 House went back on the market, used Purple bricks to advertise it, paid a very small fee (3 times smaller) compared to Pattinson agency. Never again! What a rubbish agency don't deal with them. Liars and very incompetent! Purple Bricks sold our house within a month. They also valued our house at £5k more. Choose wisely!
