Very quick response to changing the details for the new owner

I have to say I had the best amazing experience transferring my pet to the new owner.
Loved the fact Pet data informed us before making the switch to the new owner, which made me extremely happy as I wasn’t sure if the kitten remained under my name or not .
It would have been 5 star for me , if I could made the transfer my self .
Anyway overall experience with everything and advisor INDY I’m super happy. 😊

Had to transfer ownership of my cat, as she’d gone missing for 6 weeks and finally found her, she’d found herself a new home in which she was happier as she didn’t get on with my other cats, so met with new owner and arranged the transfer which was done quickly and with ease, with the help of Indy from pet database

I had very little information, I knew the dog I had re-homed was previously a Romanian recue, I had the passport with some details.

Having problems as the wrong pet name has been registered with my chip number. I’ve tried to make contact 3 times now to get this resolved and not had a reply in over a week.

Trying to get hold of Indy to resolve this.

We purchased a new puppy that had the pet database chip already inserted. The website is very good to negotiate and I had to send a message to the company requesting that they transfer the puppy into my name. Indy was very good at getting back to me and the matter has now been completed within three days - very simply; I would recommend this pet chip company who are very professional, and no additional fees for the lifetime of your pet.
I would not hesitate to recommend other people use this company.
