Rawlings Opticians & Hearing Care Avis 

This was my first visit to Rawlings Opticians in Stockbridge. All the staff were extremely professional and helpful. They listened to my needs and I am very happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

I had my hearing and eyesight tested at Rawlings. Great experience both times - friendly and efficient service, within a nice, calm environment. Reassuringly comprehensive, and the optician wrote up a follow up report for my GP.

Had trouble with my hearing aids, and through time and and determination the problem was solved. Also friendly reception staff and also my optician where the service is excellent.

Booked an annual Hearing Test with Bill Mills, I received an excellent service , very clear instructions during the audio test and a very helpful explanation of the results .
Hearing Care is a valuable addition to the services on offer at Rawlings in Stockbridge .

Annual eye tests services are excellent , I have purchased new glasses and the attentive service from all the staff involved in the choosing & fitting is superb .

Very thorough eye test, but OCT scan at £65, which only takes a few minutes is excessive and much more than the multiple opticians charge.

I phoned for an urgent appointment for an eye infection and was lucky to be able to go to Banstead branch the same day. Simon did a detailed examination and gave me good information and the necessary prescription, and also offered a telephone call if I needed further advice in the coming days. I was impressed by the very personal service and genuine care taken. Thank you Rawlings!

A follow up appointment to have a photo of my retinas taken after 2 small bleeds seen in February. This was due to be done after 3 months but had a total knee replacement in May and when the appointment was due Rawlings waited until I was able to get there. Photos and I was reassured the problem had now resolved naturally. Very reassuring service.

I have been using Rawlings for years. Great service & friendly staff. I particularly want to mention Helen. She is very thorough and explains things clearly in layman’s terms. She addresses any questions I have with patience and professionalism. I could not recommend highly enough.

Excellent eye examination from Katie, very thorough. No pressure to purchase glasses afterwards. Very happy with this optician.

There was no hard selling or if you buy today you get this offer discussion unlike other chain opticians which was very reassuring. Just good old fashion service putting the customer first.

I had ear-wax removal. £70 for about 7 minutes seems a bit excessive to me. Otherwise it was fine.
