A fantastic installation for my dads new heating and loft insulation, the team put out all the stops to get my dad up & running again so he could have a warm and safe house, which he didnt have before, and it was all done in a day which meant my dad wasnt inconvenienced in any way, as he is disabled and has Dementia.
Went back home to see that the team had put everything back to how it was before the install, even plumbed his washing machine back in, old system and boxes from install all taken away leaving the house spotless. Brilliant bunch of people, workmanship fantastic.

Kev and David really did a great job - professional, friendly and quick! They let me know in advance exactly when they were going to arrive, explained exactly what they were going to do, and then set about it with no fuss and no bother. Really, I can't think of anything they could have done better!

I am extremely happy with the service provided. Kevin and David installed loft insulation in my attic and the results are absolutely excellent.Both of them worked quickly, professionally and to a very high standard. They were polite, organised and left everything clean and tidy.

RGM installed underfloor insulation for us, using the (very limited!) crawl space under our floorboards, so they didn't need to take them up. There was a slight issue with one part of the work, and the instant they were made aware of it they leapt into action and sorted it out. We felt they take a real pride in their work, and they built an excellent relationship with us as their customers. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly engineers, nothing was too much trouble. They fitted the part I needed and once when a low pressure alarm came up on my boiler, the team dispatched someone that day to pop round and top it up for me. Great service, I would highly recommend!

I was very sceptical about having a firm in which I never had business with before but that worry soon vanished. Steven came out to give me a quote to have my loft insulated and floored. He even took photos to save me going up in the loft. My quote came in and felt it was reasonable so went ahead. The 2 guys arrived when they said they would and just got on with the job and Steven popped along to give a hand. They covered the carpet and when they finished you wouldn't have known they were here. They were all hardworking and courteous. Wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

RGM Heating we have had to call them out twice they were so fast to respond. The engineers were professional helpful and tidy our problems were quickly resolved. If you need a reliable heating company these are the ones to pick.

We had underfloor insulation put in which involved the team crawling around in some tight spaces but they were not put off by that.
Overall - Good communication throughout, polite and efficient installation team, great service

Scott was great!
He patiently waited outside whilst I got my dog wrangled. Completed boiler service whilst I was WFH taking extra care not to disturb much.

When the job was done Scott very kindly explained a fault with the gas meter ECV that had been missed in 2x prior boiler services.

Contacted RGM for a leaking boiler. Got a quick response and repair. Very reasonable charge for call-out too. Staff always helpful, would recommend.
