I would like to thank Becca, Helen and Matt for all the help that they gave me with regards to my boiler issue. They were all extremely kind, understanding, and reassuring when speaking to them. I was extremely anxious when I called. After I had spoken to them I was calm and my issue was resolved.

Great comms and very professional
Spoke with Matthew initially on the phone who looked to help with a problem we had with our boiler. We then managed to get a time which suited for a call out and one of his team (Scott) came and fixed the problem quickly and professionally, would recommend.

Good Service
RGM have the service contract for my home and a property I let out. I have always been satisfied with their work . Matthew Jamie and Ian comprise a good team along with excellent clerical support from the office. All engineers have been well mannered punctual and done a good job.

Jamie was very polite and professional…
Jamie was very polite and professional when he serviced my boiler. He took the time to explain the tests he had done. Jamie also took the time to program my wireless controller.
Matthew was very polite when he phoned a few days later to check I was happy with the service received.
