Great service from RGM
Kyle came out promptly as our boiler pressure kept dropping. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, this allowed us to decide how to proceed.

New gas boiler fitted

The guy was on time
The guy was on time, polite, friendly. However for the money I paid, I expected him to do something. He looked at it,,said it might be this or that. Is old so better to get new cooker. No option of you can replace this or I can change that for you. £100 out of pocket and nothing was done. Money wasted to be fair. You assume (which was my error) that he would attempt to fix it at least, for spending that amount of money

Hi Gail. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. With the cooker working when we were on site, we wouldn't recommend you spending money on a new one when yours works fine. Should it cause any issues in the future, please call us and we can help with a repair / replacement.
Removal of gas fire
Did what was asked, explained the process, all in a timely manner and resonable cost. Would definately recommend and use again

Faulty boiler
I have a maintenance plan which I pay monthly by direct debit.
The boiler was losing pressure and needed frequent topping up so I called Rgm and arranged for an engineer to come out.
I was charged £90 for the call out, the engineer took 10 minutes to diagnose ghe problem, it was a valve. He then left without fixing or replacing the valve.
I haven't heard from Rgm since and I'm still topping up the system and it cost me 90 quid for the pleasure. Not a good service.
I can't remember the exact date.
