Tomasz Polak at Richmond Skoda Botley gave us such an excellent amount of help and advice and found us the perfect car. He was exceptional. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and Skoda to anyone looking for a car. Also Ben who helped us when Tomasz was busy. Excellent people.

Our initial contact with the Richmond rep, Tom, was a positive experience as he talked us through the model options we were considering and how they might work for our needs (we were seeking a used car). His manner was friendly and professional throughout.

Moving on to the test drive, purchase and collection of the car, Tom was easy to work with and maintained communication as we waited for our selected used Skoda to be prepared (we had chosen a car that had only very recently arrived on site).

Mark the sales person was knowledgeable about the car did not apply pressure to buy, mark made the purchase very easy and a pleasure to do business with.
ADAM explained all the extra products again did not apply pressure to purchase and helped with delivery of car.
Overall the Botley did amazing which resulted in purchase of vehicle THANKYOU ..... I went to hyundai Southampton the day before and had a terrible experience-hard sell -inexperience sales people which resulted in me walking away from the purchase and going to skodia Botley
