I loved ordering with Rosemood
I loved ordering with Rosemood! I had done a bit of research for wedding stationary (menus, table tables and stickers) and couldn't bare spending so much money on something that wasn't high on my priority list. Rosemood was perfect - I thought really reasonably priced, especially as the quality was great - they looked super professional!
I knew that delivery could be slow as they're coming from France so I just ordered about two weeks before I needed them but actually was decently quick in the end.
The customer service was great - having the review service really put my mind in ease and was great to ask them questions.
I would really recommend and use Rosemood again. I think the main negative reviews are largely because it is a French company and obviously Brexit means VAT now has to be chargeable and things take a bit longer!

We are glad to hear that the products that you received were at the level of both your standards and expectations.
We are aware that customs charges on orders that are above £135 can be tricky and we really hope that customs will change their laws in the future. In the meantime, the only thing that we can do for our customers is to offer them French taxes as we know that they will need to pay HM Revenues & Customs as soon as the parcel arrives in the UK territory.

Really happy, recommended
Really happy, created a photo book of my boy's first year, tried on another website and came up against difficulties to tried here and didn't have such problems.
Website really easy to use, managed to create the book quite quickly, glad to see things get proof read before printing.
I paid for express delivery and it turned up in 1 day, amazing, really happy with that, total came under the import fees but be aware there are some for orders over £135.
The book itself is exactly how it appeared on the website, feels good quality, nice thick paper, photos look good (but mostly phone shots, so not high quality).
The only reason I've not put 5 stars is that I found the book editing part to be a little restrictive, I wanted to do things it wouldn't let me do. Which I think keeps it simple and easy for most people. So for example I'd have liked the image on the front of the book to be bigger, but wasnt an option for the fabric covered books. I'd have liked text within a textbox to be different sizes.

Beautiful wedding album
My husband and I ordered our wedding album from Rosemood and were very satisfied with our order. We found the website easy to use with plenty of flexibility built in for different image compositions. The import taxes were a bit of a surprise at checkout so could maybe be mentioned earlier in the process however once we got to checkout everything was clear and there was good communication from Rosemood throughout. The album arrived earlier than stated and was beautiful quality, we are very happy with the whole experience and have already recommended Rosemood to a family member

Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that your album hadn't arrived when you had hoped. I am familiar with the order being referenced, and it’s important to stipulate that while we are sympathetic to your frustrations, we had produced your creation within the estimated timeline on our shipping information page. This was a working day later than your personal timeline, and as a gesture of compassion, we had worked with you to help find a short term, temporary solution while you waited along with a significant commercial gesture. While your order arrived a working day later than your requested reception date, it is critical to take into account this was a shorter timeline than is normal for us. We also stated we couldn't guarantee reception before your desired date. Regarding import taxes, we outline the specificities of paying import taxes on our shipping page, and as an alert when you are provided with your automatic 20% tax refund when checking out with an order over £135.
Even with this all taken into account, we can appreciate your disappointment, as in this particular situation, fate had conspired against us. We would be more than happy to help with a future project under a slightly longer timeline, and we hope you are now enjoying your precious compendium of memories.

Poor experience!
The whole process from ordering on the website to the final book has been quite disappointing. Created photo book for my wedding. All pictures uploaded, photo book created, then it vanished from the website!! Never happened with any other website. CS tried to help recover which gave hope but was unsuccessful.
Recreated the book and the quality is soooo poor! The pictures were of course high res. Really disappointed with the result! Will create the wedding album for a 3rd time but with another supplier!
(I have created photo books before on multiple occasions with a lot cheaper suppliers and great quality.)

I ordered a personalised calendar for Christmas. When it arrive one of the photos had not printed correctly. I contacted customer service at Rosemood who offered a free reprint & then rushed the new calendar to me so I still had it in time for Christmas. The calendar itself is fantastic. Realy the colours & overall quality are really good.
