I had a phone call today with Anastasia- she was unbelievably helpful and was able to solve a huge problem for me. She was so patient even though it was close of business on a Friday.

Existing policy query.
It was a simple query but handled quickly and efficiently. I felt I was speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about. This meant something to me as I have many conversations recently with young or people new to the job and they were very trying experiences. I appreciate the need for training and recruitment of new staff but when the conversation is repeated several times it gets very annoying. Thank you. David.
