Dealing with Royal London is no hassle. Customer care is very kind and helpful (thanks Lorraine!). It's not the most modern service and a lot requires emails and calls, but it's also reasonable premium so no complaints there!

Quick, knowlegeable and polite
I phoned the company. Although i went through a menu system the call was answered without delay. Anastasia was very knowledgeable and had all the relevant information and facts to had. She was very polite and personable. Service couldn't have been better.

Direct debit change
Great customer service. I got through to a person straight away and she helped me with my query and more. I wanted to change my direct debit and the lady did it for me straight away. I had also mislaid my account number and she was very patient and helped me access it again.
