Direct debit change
Great customer service. I got through to a person straight away and she helped me with my query and more. I wanted to change my direct debit and the lady did it for me straight away. I had also mislaid my account number and she was very patient and helped me access it again.

Excellent & very quick dealt with a young man Arron was very good on the phone - clear and helpful - told me when I would receive my documents I had requested and they came when he said. Also the phone in service was quick to answer

Customer service of Royal London were very helpful especially Lorraine. I had some issues with my policies in the portal and she helped me resolve it. I raised my concerns later in the afternoon, so a bit too late for her to sort it out straight away, but she made sure to resolve it the next day.
