Excellent Service from Scotland’s Cruise Centre
We’ve just booked our 2027 cruise with Scotland’s Cruise Centre, which will be our third time using the company, and once again the experience has been outstanding.
Our cruise expert, Debbie, delivered exceptional service from start to finish. She took the time to understand our requirements and tailored everything perfectly to create our ideal holiday. Her friendliness, deep knowledge, and clear expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
Debbie continues to impress us, and we will definitely be requesting her help for future bookings. Highly recommended.

Booking Cruises With ScotlandCruise
Helen was fantastic in helping us with our cruise dates and stateroom choice.
I had never spoken to Helen before and this is only the second cruise with them so much so once she had taken my initial details it brought up everything about us from a previous cruise.
Helen was very knowledgable on the cruise we wanted and the ports of call.
We would differentially be using ScotlandCruise’s again and Helen.

Making booking a cruise a stress-free experience
I have been using Scotland's cruise centre for nearly 20 years and have always received a great friendly service. No matter how vague the request, they come up trumps. When things started to unravel with one trip, they reacted quickly and had an alternative ready to discuss when they called, all while the cruise company were still emailing me about trips for a cruise about to be cancelled! I usually speak with Jo Henry and she deserved every one of those 5 stars.

I recently booked a trip through Scotland’s Cruise Centre, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Mike, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire process effortless and enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble—he answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and his professionalism gave me total confidence in my booking.
It’s rare to receive service that feels both expert and personal, but Mike delivered exactly that. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to book future cruises.

Family member passed on the details off the website, started looking through and found a couple the wire and I quite fancied, gave the site a call for more information on the Spain & France cruise, the assistant was fantastic answered our questions and the staterooms and gave us prices for the rooms with various options to be included, really like the parking option at the port.
I honestly can remember the woman’s name that had helped us through options but she was fantastic with her knowledge and patience with us.
Would recommend Scotland Cruise Centre to anyone.😎😎
