Mediocre Cleaning and Theft...devastated.

Scrubbi has been great to use. We've been using Scrubbi for over a year and we love the service!
The staff is very professional and our house is always cleaned properly. If something isn't up to satisfaction then Scrubbi will make it right. We've referred family and they love the service as well

I’ve been informed that none of the workers have been paid in over a month.
Shame on you Scrubbi.

I bought a year's worth of monthly cleans and am about 3/4 through it. Will definitely be buying another year when this one is up!

Professional, courteous and on time. Also the quality of the cleaning is consistently good and the cleaners always come into my home with a friendly attitude.

This company does not live up to its word at all and continually sends people with no experience to my home. I am at the point where I would rather eat the $3,000 as they won’t refund it over letting them back into my home. Probably the biggest bait and switch type service there is

It really can’t be overstated the true gift to one’s house and family investing in a regular cleaning service.
I’ve been with Scrubbi for over a year and it really has been so worth it. The company is professional, attentive, accommodating and so friendly.
The cleaners really pay attention to making sure that the house is left clean and fully refreshed. I leave them alone in the house and am notified when they are done. Always walking in to a fantastic job done - one that now is off my never ending checklist. I highly recommend Scrubbi! Also you can book and cancel online and they have times for all different schedules - very convenient :)

🚩 🚩 🚩 **WARNING FOR ANYONE CONSIDERING SIGNING UP WITH SCRUBBI— PLEASE READ** 🚩 🚩 🚩

I signed up for their yearly package assuming the company was legitimate but it is anything but a “professional cleaning company”

I’ve had some quite horrific experiences and have learned a lot about why we should always read the terms and conditions and understand what we are agreeing to before giving a company thousands of dollars that is non refundable (this is why they provide such steep discounts for paying upfront)

1) after speaking to many of their “cleaning professionals”, I’ve been explained that they go through a simple call centre type hiring process with no real vetting or training required. The cleaners have been very upfront about not receiving any training or help and are just sent places as the company just wants to get a body there. They also do not send the same person ever, it’s essentially a revolving door of whoever they can get to your house that week.

In 8 appointments we now have had someone come back 6 times which has been super annoying and a waste of our time and energy.

** the cleaners also often complain about not getting paid for weeks as well, stating this continues to be an issue while the company does not seem to care.

2) 🚩 They have no damage or liability insurance! If you have any damage or theft issues they have another clause in their Terms and Conditions which states they are essentially a third party contractor and assume zero liability of what happens in your home. 🚩 So essentially you are letting a stranger into your home and hoping nothing goes wrong, otherwise you are on the hook for the damages yourself, or in the case of theft, you are out of luck completely! (The cleaners also mentioned they do not carry insurance) this is a huge red flag too.

3) They cancel and move appointment times A LOT and are quite difficult to get a hold of. We continue to have appointments swapped around or canceled on with almost no notice. This has been extremely stressful as a family while trying to also be a working parent. I thought this would add value to my life but it’s been a huge headache and I just wish I read the other reviews on the BBB.

These are surface cleans at best- simple wiping of counters and floors. Save yourself a few hundred bucks each visit and hire a private cleaner or just do it yourself and save yourself the time and headache of this company. There is no real value (or extra security) from hiring them as opposed to hiring a random off the street, and with them that is really all you are paying for.

The cleaner was friendly and respectful,my issue is with the level of cleaning. If was not up to standards or according to the guidelines Scrubbi sends in advance. I honestly feel like the cleaner did the best she could but she wasn't properly trained.

I paid $300 for a one time clean, I was expecting more.
