Scrubbi Avis 75

I had quite similar experience with one of the reviewer here, Yvonne, but we had prior to move-in cleaning service. The inexperienced lady who came the first time did a below average job, the other reason is that their cleaning product/equipment isn’t powerful enough to clean the grime which left by the previous tenants. We contacted Scrubbi and they sent another lady who did a better job but it was only acceptably clean, it wasn’t professionally clean like we expected. We have to do the cleaning again after we moved in. Scrubbi offered store credit as compensation for us to remove bad reviews on their website/ Google, but why would we want to use their service again?

We have been using Scrubbi on and off for 1.5 years and have been impressed with the cleanings and customer service- bonus is they use eco friendly products so I do not need to worry about my dog getting sick ever

The Scrubbi staff are so great to work with as they go above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. They are so accommodating and I get to go home to a clean house!

We booked 4 cleaning services with Scrubbi. First one went well. After the second one, we noticed money missing. Of course theft is tough to prove, but we decided to confront the cleaner & notify Scrubbi as we had seen the money right before leaving the house (as we were going to use part of it for their tip). This is a difficult situation, but we received no sympathy or understanding at all from their customer service. We didn't even ask to refund the stolen money or the cleaning services already provided. We simply asked for refund of 2 remaining cleaning services, explaining we didn't feel safe to have another person come to our house. They flat-out refused though.. Started placing the blame with us instead. And referring to the terms of service, which we never received (all arrangements were made over the phone). We have filed official reports and complaints with the authorities, but I just want to warn people not to spend their money here. Please don't be fooled by the fake raving reviews and check out real reviews at Better Business Bureau instead. And make sure to read the terms of service! If anything goes wrong, you can't count on them whatsoever. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

UPDATE AFTER THEIR REPLY: @Scrubbi, yes you can still assist us. You claim we were notified of service conditions, which we were not. You claim this was confirmed on the phone and you have this recorded, yet you refuse to share that recording with us. You say there have been no other allegations against the cleaner, but refuse to share any info on her track record. You say you stand for safety and security, but you don't even check employee references. We did not expect any miracle solution. But some sympathy was the bare minimum. And even that you could not provide, instead a rude phone call to place the blame with us. And of course you're still happy to hold on to our money even though we do not feel safe using your services anymore. I would still like assistance with all of the above please. Thank you.

Scrubbi staff did such an amazing job cleaning our place! Our cleaner was professional and very friendly. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had such a wonderful and easy experience I had too and I will be recommending scrubbi to all my friends and family.

Hired this company for a moveout clean. A young inexperienced girl arrived two hours late and though we pushed back our moveout inspection she could not possibly do a proper clean (even if she were trained properly, which she wasn’t) in the time we had left. This was never possible. I will be paying for another cleaning and my damage deposit will be docked. I was treated dismissively in my enquiries regarding our time frame and our missing cleaner. No respect for employees or customers. I urge you to go elsewhere.oh, and they provide no equipment. None.

Edited your add- the company contacted me and offered to come back the next day but the inspection is done so it won’t make a difference. I’m being charged in the condition of the apartment today.

I purchased a cleaning package from this company and it has been such a headache.
Firstly, the person on the phone guaranteed that my WHOLE house could be cleaned in 3 hours. I was very skeptical of this and told the salesperson that I can't even clean it in 3 hours but he assured me their professionals were really good. I asked to set up a sample clean and the salesperson told me this isn't really something they offer, I knew this was a red flag and ignored it.

When the first cleaning was performed, I knew I made a mistake. It was a terrible job, and the whole house wasn't finished. With subsequent "cleanings", I have had to complain so many times over the quality of the cleaning. The cleaning lady we had before would do a great job and was much cheaper. I wish she hadn't retired.

DO NOT sign a contract with them. They send you poorly trained cleaning staff who do not know how to clean. I have wasted more time on this terrible company than I would have just cleaned my house myself.

I've only used a cleaning company twice before Scrubbi, before that I just was always in touch with family friend who cleaned homes on the side, but she left so I had to find another cleaner! I used a couple other companies before finding Scrubbi. 💃they.take.the.cake!💃

A few different people have come by to clean and they have all been friendly and very understanding of my specific needs (I am disabled so I need extra help in some areas). I'm not to good with technology so I don't like to use their online scheduling and I always just call in. office is so friendly! they listen and help out with note taking and finding the right time for me.

I give the Scrubbi people a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I needed a last minute Move-out clean, and Scrubbi was able to get me in within the week. Their booking agents are very accommodating and thorough. My cleaner Melissa was on time, extremely polite and very hard working. Just a Great Experience, Thanks SCRUBBI!

My husband and I have used Scrubbi for approximately 6 months now and have nothing but good things to say. We have had 12 cleanings and 11 were fantastic. The one that wasn’t they called us after we left a review and they sent someone back for free to redo all the areas missed. Very quick customer service team and great cleaners. Recommend this company.
