Pleased with product selection and quality. Time for delivery seemed excessively long (more than 2 weeks) and communication was non-existent. Would appreciate a response to my message or a bit more comms to share where my order is. In today's world, 2 weeks is a long time to wait for an order.

To long and terrible primed finish!!
I placed my order and knew it would take time but not 16 working days long. I phoned 4/5 times to be told each time it was dispatched and would be with me the next day.
My package never appeared.
It’s just arrived and it feels like sandpaper the primer finish is so bad that I’ll need to completely re prep and do again. Waste of time paying for that.
Probably wouldn't use again or recommend unfortunately as the mould is a really nice mould.

Great product, lousy customer service
Great product but lousy customer service. A contrast to previous purchases and service. Called to ask when it would be delivered. Got told by the end of the week. Then called after the weekend and was told it was being loaded in the truck now, so tomorrow. 3 weeks it took. Missed out of two weekends to do the work with the product. Not a happy customer.

We purchased modern skirtings and architraves to replace old skirtings in a house we are renovating. The quality is perfect and they look fantastic. If I need more I’ll be back. Really good delivery etc. so nothing to fault.

Product fine, very slow and poor communication. Wouldn't use again.
Product ok but 2 weeks to deliver 4 items. When chased they said they'd deliver Thursday. Arranged to be in but they delivered a day early and left it at end of our garden in torrential rain (not great for MDF!) Total silence from them ever since. You're better paying more but using a builders merchant or DIY store where you can have communication with them.

Ordered a length of Victorian skirting on 1st February. Had not arrived by the end of February. Contacted them by phone promised a call back ( Didn't happen) Had to ring again which prompted a delivery the next day. Poor service

Poor customer service and quality
The communication from the company was very poor with respect to order progress and delivery, a number of times we were told on the phone we would receive a call back once the status was known which we never did and email was also ignored. When the package finally arrived there were a number of damaged items. The quality of the product was also far below what I expected with rough surface finish and large portions without primer.

Clown Show I placed an order with this clown show…
I placed an order with this clown show on the 21st January.
I was told that the order would take around one week from order.
I called this clown outfit after two weeks ago only to be told that the order was still waiting to be collected, The person I spoke with was very apologetic, and informed me ( his own words ) was that he would kick the ass of the person who did not dispatch my order, and that I would receive in 2-3 working days.
Its now 27 days since I placed the order I called yesterday to find out why I have still not received my order. I received yet another apology and that they would investigate the delay, and that he would get back to me yesterday, the call never came.
I called this clown outfit today only to be told that the order has been completed, then they realised that the order had not been completed, and that they would look into the matter further..
I have decided to cancel the order through my credit card company.
PLEASE think twice on using this unprofessional clown outfit. Save yourself time, hassle & bother and choose a professional outfit!!!!

Delivery company delivered to the wrong address. Post code was very similar. Getting my goods picked up and delivered to me was hard work.
I do think it was the Delivery company, not the company I purchased from.

I had to chase the company regarding my…
I had to chase the company regarding my order a few times. They didn’t reply but did send the order out straight away.
The delivery company they used dropped everything at the door without waiting to see if anyone was home, it was raining so I had to get everything into the house alone which was not ideal. Of the driver had waiting at the door the items could have been out straight inside.

Process easy but disappointed with product and after sales
Order process easy. Product dispatched on time.
Disappointed with packaging as Boards not fully covered and had scratch on one and footprints on the other when received.
Mentioned this and firm very dismissive telling me that was back of board so didn't matter! What they had deemed 'back' had better finish as no knots! Also the 2 Boards are totally different shades which is noticeable so will need to be stained. I accept natural products but closer match could have been achieved.
