We used this company before and they were just as bad
We used this company before and they were awful, deliveries not turning up delays and excuses and really aggressive front of house staff running the business. We had to use the company again because we wanted the same product to match one of the rooms that we did previously even though we vowed never to use them again. This time the experience was almost identical over 20 days to fulfil the order then we were told it was going to be delivered even though I expressly said I was going to pick it up. when I went to pick up I got the usual passive aggressive comments and they got the order number wrong so couldn’t find the order, which is pretty much what happened last time The website looks very professional and business like when you actually go to the address where the business is located, it looks like a bomb site. Please only use this company if you have no alternative like I did.

Damaged 10mm square strips
Hi, all good however both 10mm square strips have damage with uneven sides, probably caused when they made the strips. Happy to send photos if required.

Regrettable
Regrettable, excellent product but terrible delivery service, DX Freight. This is my 3rd order from SBD and the 3rd time DX Freight have left half my order back at their depot, meaning each delivery meant having people here for two consecutive days. Massively inconvenient and totally unnecessary.

*READ BEFORE ORDERING* When I originally called regarding lead times on some tulip skirtings I was told 5-7 days. 2 weeks later I emailed to chase up where my order was… no response.! I then called 3 times to be told “we will call you back” and again no call back! after messing trades about for weeks this extremely annoying. I spoke to who I thought was the manager and he simply told me you can have half your money back and cancel the order or simply just wait! Not the simple answer of when I’m going to receive the order.. be warned.

Faster turnaround was a big help.
I ordered six 3 metre moulding strips a week before I needed them. The estimate for delivery was longer than I had expected once I'd clicked on "pay" but a quick e-mail to sales meant they arrived 7 days after my order. I was relying on my son travelling 60 miles to help with the fitting so timing was everything. Thanks.

My order didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive, I contacted customer service who advised it would be delivered the following day, I am still waiting a week later. No one responds to my emails which makes the situation even more frustrating.
