Shambles aboid
Ordered what look to be an off the shelf product which stock is kept only to find out when called a week later that i was being made and i would get a phone call back which never came . I chased as my customer was chasing me to find it was done and told it would be with me a few days later. Waited in for the order of which never showed. I called back and was told its with a courier of which i never received a tracking number of confirmation that it was with them. It was by the 5th attempt they delivered the products that i had been waiting over a month for . The quality of the product looks rushed and i will tell any customer to fully avoid this company they pushed me from piller to post and no compensation for the delay i nearly lost £1000 worth of work and probably have lost all future work dues to this poorly run company.

Overall very bad experience in quality, delivery and customer service
A very bad experience with the items and delivery. The delivery was repeatedly delayed. I had to call multiple time, explaining the issue every time.
Eventually courier arrived with incomplete order, made a mistake by not counting the exact items.
The courier delivered someone else item and collected that without delivering our missing items. Had to call a very rude person on the other end to explain the issue. Tried explaining to the guy about the missing item to which his response was they will redeliver the part missing items. He was very rude and dropped the call when I challenged him that we missing more items than he had in his records. In the end the person rudely said you will have to order the item which according to him has been signed as received.
Still waiting for the items according to him that he committed to will be redelivered.
Further to delivery issues. The items were also damaged. I opted for the curved edge window stills which were damaged and the wood panel was already broken for one length.
Never using the supplier again and will highly recommend to think twice before ordering as the quality, delivery and customer support were all seriously bad.

The window sills were not of a particularly high standard, made from 2 pieces of timber and the profile was wavy.

As noted in the product description, all boards 250mm and higher are supplied in two pieces, jointed together. This is standard practice to maintain stability and reduce the risk of warping in wider boards. Could you send us some images of the wavy board so we can take a closer look and pass the details to our production team for review?

My window sill arrived and I was happy to receive it. Considering it is only made of pine, it took longer than I expected and delivery was abrupt, only notified the day before, so couldn’t arrange to be home.
I’m sure I’ll be happy with it after it is sized and fitted and yes, I would order again from the supplier.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, no response to emails, and rude on the phone. Quality not perfect either. Lots of imperfections on the skirting board. Delayed delivery. Avoid it if you can.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Placed my order then realised that i'd be away on holiday when it was delivered. Telephoned and arranged for delivery on my return. That day received an email to say that the order had been despatched and it arrived without me having to chase for it. Well packaged, slight mark on one side of one board but as it's a window board, not an issue.

Poor quality
Delivery guy couldn’t find house so product arrived days later.
The wood window sill board was somewhat warped.
The board was a different thickness to that ordered.
The wood was cracked along part of the nosing,
