This was my second purchase from SKR US, i have built a new build dwelling and wanted some classy looking skirting and architrave, i made a big order and crossed my fingers, Well i didn't need to, the order came as promised, ontime and the quality was brilliant, so pleased, all my oder was wrapped and packaged so there was no damage, fast forward 18 months and i needed to order a few more lengths, Same quality service as before, a slight delay because of the Bank Holiday weekend but i was kept informed what was happening with my delivery, i can't recommend this company enough, thank you.

I ordered products that were delivered in January. Admittedly I make the mistake of not checking my goods and leaving them packaged ready for my joiner to work with. When my husband and joiner unpacked the goods today they were horrified and disappointed by the quality and finish of the product. I sent an email today admitting my mistake but advised of the issues we were greeted with and sharing our disappointment. After all if that was business I would greatly receive some honest and polite feed back. However the response I received was “ Unfortunately this was delivery over 3 months ago. As such I’m unable to action queries of this nature due to the span of time that has elapsed”. I found the whole response to be un interested in the points I raised. Even if there was nothing he could do at this point he could have at least apologised for the quality of workmanship and product I’d received and reassured me that if was to order from them again this is not the a regular occurrence for them. I did ring the shop and speak a lady who worked there and she advised me to email Will back as and express my disappointment with his response. I did this and again I was sent a response that lacked empathy and professionalism. “ Apologies I missed it off. My approach is that its better for everyone to get straight to the point of the issue.”. So from there I just thought it was better to leave it at that as they clearly do not value customer feed back and have aims to meet customer satisfaction. The quality of the product is also disappointing in relation to the cost and that is my opinion even if was to arrive in tact. Would not buy again from this company and have taken my custom to Skirting where I have already received a much higher level of customer service.

Amazing Company, this is my second order from them and it was a large order that arrived on time and the driver was lovely and so helpful and polite. But the best thing about buying from this Company is Tammy Prothero, she is superb, excellent in her care and so organised. I always feel in safe hands when I place my order with her, she checks and double checks everything and stays in touch, her promises are always for filled and she in my opinion is excellent at her job. I only required a few lengths of skirting, similar to an order I had purchased sometime ago. Skirting R Us were very helpful with this as it didn't meet their minimum order value.
All was delivered in a timely manor with skirtings well packaged and protected to avoid any damage.
