Poor quality and after-sales service.
I ordered mdf primed skirtings and architraves, but the profile was su furry it had to be sanded several times and then primed again. This cost me more in additional time for the decorator than the original cost of the skirtings and architraves. I raised this with the after-sales team but they were not interested. I have been developing properties for over 20 years, this is the worst qulity I have experienced. Definitely won't be buying from this company again.

I found the website easy to navigate and there was so much choice.We previously used skirting r us when we moved in to our house and fitted all new skirting and architraves. We needed a small amount recently and they were so helpful with the small order and didn’t have to wait long at all. We will always order from skirting r us for future projects

I was a little nervous about ordering my skirtings online so I called their office. I spoke with Tammy who was super helpful and was available for all my questions both running up to and post delivery. I was so impressed and wish all online companies offered the same telephone support for nervous users like me!

We ordered from this company, received our skirting boards and architrives and when the delivery man arrived he told my wife he was leaving the skirting outside on the pouring rain. We live in a bungalow so couldnt be easier to put them inside the house, finally he agreed to pass them through the window to our living room which he did in a deplorable way, fast and in a rush scratching the primed lengths.
When the time has come to fit them, some of them were damaged from the terrible delivery practice, so we had to order 6 more metres, which costs £30 but not only this... they wanted to charge us £98, for delivery and set of small order. We rang to ask if after having spend just under £500 on our first order, we still had to pay for the "small order set up fee" of £30 and if we could just pay for the items and the delivery fee, we were told a No, as they had to stop production for our 6 meters. it shows that our business is no longer wanted as the additional order is too small. SMALL ORDERS STAY AWAY. no willingness to help, no care about their own poor service or their costumers.
Terrible experience and will never order with this company again.

Great customer service and fast delivery with good communication throughout the transaction. It was very helpful to be able to order a free sample to see what the quality was like before taking the plunge and ordering architrave for the entire house. The architrave is of excellent quality-not a single defect!

There was a wide range of styles to choose from at competitive prices. The fact that I could buy board in 4.2m lengths meant I could finish the rooms without having to join pieces on the longer runs. I was kept informed of the progress of my order from start to finish, including a call from the driver to let me know he was 30 mins away. First class service.

Have now ordered twice from Skirtings R Us, and couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and service received. The Customer service team were friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate my needs on both occasions. Will use them again and definitely recommend.

The whole experience of dealing with this company has been exemplary. Selection of the product was simplicity, checkout and payment hassle free. Excellent product and excellent service. Rushing to get the lounge finished for Christmas I ordered some skirting on the Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. I was first drop of the day, the driver was friendly and the product was well protected against transit damage.

Ordered skirting and architrave on the Sunday night online, and received a confirmation email on the Monday afternoon. After an exchange of email to confirm a day for delivery on the Tuesday, I was updated on the manufacturing process and shipping progress, and delivery was on the Thursday afternoon - with a very helpful driver.
The skirting and architrave are spot on, and have been fitted and painted with no dramas. Highly recommend this company.

The quality of the MDF skirtings from SkirtingsRus is always very good. The ordering process is easy and the delivery service first class. Their prices are very competitive such that they can be cheaper than the 'free delivery ' companies even when including their delivery costs. I ordered both bullnose and square edge unprimed skirting and both achieved a good finish with water based primer/undercoat and finish coat applied with a sponge roller. The machined edges also achieved a good finish with a light rub down between coats. I use various sizes and thicknesses of square edge skirting to make radiator casings to specific sizes and these always turn out far better and more economical than pre-made. The only issue I have as a small user is the minimum order charge of £125, which can be restrictive.

I ordered for my living room and everything went great then wanted to order for my bathroom which obviously is smaller although quite larger than most and the order came to £168 or near including delivery.
My order would not go through, so I spoke to one of the sales team telling him I had ordered before and would they now allow me to order for my bathroom, I wanted skirtings and dado rails, he advised me to buy a couple more, then it would go through!
I wanted all my house doing all with the same skirtings, but could only afford one room at a time.
Thankfully I found the same ones at a cheaper price, the same quality and primed who would deliver, at National Skirting.
So skirtings are us you can keep your £10 off next order for providing a great review and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine.

I needed to get some skirting board for my new flat. They have a large selection of styles, shapes and lengths so I could select one I really liked. They got made L quickly and the delivery was free and prompt. The boards themselves are really uniform and look as I expected. Overall good value and service.

Excellent service from this company.Odered a bulk order in 2022 to complete our whole house.2 lengths short for our final bedroom, due to previous joiner error.E mailed Skirtings r us, they did explain there would be a charge due to minimum order and machine set up for 2 lengths.I was fine with that as I could not get a match from any local suppliers.Ordered Tuesday and delivered Friday morning.E-mailed every day regarding order and delivery process.Cannot fault them.Would definitely recommend.Thanks to all at Skirtings r us for all your help on this small order.
