Great Customer Service
Had a query about my estimated meter reading and it was resolved quickly and completely by Eniola on the Digital Services Team. I used the WhatsApp service for the first time, very happy with it and it meant I could be doing other things and not having to be on hold for ages.

I am giving SSE one star but (I would put zero star) ... I am deaf person and cannot access to phone line so email is option so I wait for thier response over a week later ... I don't recommend anyone on SSE AIRTRICITY ... I will go back old one when my contact with SSE is over ... I cannot wait
