Excellent British company
I have never used this company before, I ordered lots of Oak stairparts, for my house project. When I realised I had odered some parts that were not suitable, the customer service was brilliant, no quibble, the replacement parts arrived the day after my phone call to them.. refund arrived quickly after I returned the ones I had ordered incorrectly. knowledgeable staff.. great attitude. A proper British company, with high quality stair parts, excellent packaging. 5 Stars
I wont hesitate to use them again and recommend them to my friends.

Really nice products
Really nice products, very responsive and helpful team and I can highly recommend this company. The delivery can be split into separate parcels (slightly annoying) but that’s their delivery company not them & our items arrived quickly.

Placed an order online on Sunday afternoon, selected free delivery which states about a week. Had the items delivered to my door on Tuesday morning. Great communication prior to delivery. Spindles are lovely quality, great value. Would definitely recommend 👌

They were very prompt with replies and kept my up to date with each stage from materials leaving them to date of delivery and also messaged and phoned on day of delivery. Then also got a message confirming delivery. Very good service and quick.

Brilliant service and great quality
We went to the showroom and spoke to Dawn who proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She talked us through all of the product line, discussing materials and price points. There was no hard sell and she allowed space to make the best decisions for us and our budget. We subsequently speak to our joiner and did the order online. The order was ready within 24hrs and our joiner picked everything up. The quality and finish is superb and ready to paint immediately, no sanding or pre finish necessary. Great that Britain can still generate a quality experience...

Oak staircase with black metal spindles
We are very happy with our staircase that arrived this week. We were incredibly nervous about getting the measurements spot on, but a phone call from the company made us more relaxed as they spoke us through our order. The oak wood is beautiful and when installed, it looks better than we ever could have imagined. We’ve had lots of compliments already and it is a stunning centrepiece in the heart of our home. Ordering replacement handrail, spindles and newel post to upgrade current staircase
Ordering the items online was so simple, although I did forget an important part, the base rail! Items dispatched quickly and nicely packaged to prevent damage. All round very good experience. Quality of goods is very good, the Mrs will be pleased when finally installed.
