The ordering process was easy and…
The ordering process was easy and clear, the rate offered was competitive and communication good.
I asked for a mixture of notes and that is exactly what I received, on the day I requested the delivery.
The only slight change I would request is that you had to have the money delivered within 5 working days of order, other suppliers offer longer options up to 3 weeks which can be handy and more flexible.

Sloppy service
I ordered five different currencies for a multi country European trip. The ordering process itself was pretty straightforward, but that’s where the positives ended.
The first disappointment was that all of the money was bundled together making it extremely difficult to tell One from another (I am visually impaired and so the only approach is for me to take each note and run it through an AI recognition app, which takes forever when money is provided in this way). Would it be that difficult/expensive for them to put each denomination into a separate envelope or to put a rubber band around them?
The second disappointment came when I was attempting to split out the different denominations. I discovered that a good number of the ordered Czech Crown notes were in fact apparently Polish Zloty. The exchange rate for both is pretty similar, so I’m not concerned that I lost out financially, but this is extremely sloppy on the part of this company, and would prevent me from ever using them again or recommending them to others.
