We've been looking for replacement sofas for while as our faithful 16 year old sofas were at the end of their sofa lives. We had a number of must haves (no plastic charging pads, metal switches, pull down tables, a plug socket option as well as usb and electric head/lumbar reclining/adjustment - heated seats a bonus) which we thought would be difficult to achieve. We managed to get everything bar heated seats. Loved the idea of the Tech Sofa Series 8, 3 seater 2 recliner heated sofas but these were too big for our room so opted for two Vinson 3 seaters. First time customer and placed my order because of the 20% of manic Monday offer. Also opted for the accidental insurance coverage. I had to email customer service to check the sofa would fit through our front door. Quick responses to all of my emails. I was kept up to date on the order and delivery of my sofas. The delivery company kept me up to date on day and time. The delivery people were the epitomy of professional, friendly and helpful. They delivered with extreme care. The sofas themselves are absolutely divine and measurements were accurate. They were delivered in two parts, for each sofa and fitted through a 960mm x 1865 mm door into a barrow hallway. It is scary ordering a sofa you have not sat on but these sofas are soft yet provide fantastic support and recline beautifully allowing a variety of differing seating/head positions. The charging options and pull down tables are a must have and the charging ports/plugs were fast charging. I love the lighting which is dimmable and the middle switches which reset the head and lumbar reclining to upright. A brilliant service from start to finish.

I Love my sofas they were fairly priced compared to other companies we looked at, and deliver was soooo fast I didn't think I would get them till after Christmas and I got them within a week of ordering I'm so happy, one of my sofa speakers were crackling it could be due to a loose wire ect but as soon as I rang straight away they sent me links for someone to come round asap would deffo reccomend this company

Hi I have received my tech two seater with center console the delivery guys were great turned up when they said delivered with no issues set up and demonstrated the two seater is better than I expected and extremely comfortable and a great colour fits perfectly were I wanted it to and the quality is excellent

After 6 failed attempts at delivery I have ended up with only part of my sofa and part of a different sofa. I have given up ringing and being promised a resolution and then another date comes and goes. I am so disappointed with the service I have received so far and it is ongoing. I just want my money back so I can look elsewhere. Paid for sofa on 29/11.

From first discussion the company were extremely helpful and reassuring. All through waiting delivery i was kept up to date. Delivery guys were absolutely excellent, helpful and respectful. Furniture is quality and still in use. I would definitely use the whole service again.

Fantastic delivery, under two weeks from order to door. The delivery drivers were real helpful, polite, tidy and were able to answer any questions I had regarding my purchase. Customer service called a few weeks later to see if everything was OK and if there's anything that needs attention regarding the suite not to hold back but to get in touch where they will get someone out to sort out any issues. The suite is excellent quality and real comfortable. Would highly recommend them to any future buyers, my experience was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I looked at the big sofa companies and they were expensive with mixed reviews.
I came across Tech sofa who had good reviews and a family business feel that looks after its customers before and after.
I ordered the essentials nine 3 seater fabric recliner and we've had it a few months with no issues.
The delivery crew were very efficient.

Ordered two chairs, got delivery of one and the company is completely ignoring my emails and whatsapp messages.
Avoid!!!

Ordered my 3&2 sofa online, had a phone call and text message to confirm, was kept up to date with delivery and when it arrived they came in set it all up and taken away all the rubbish l, made sure everything worked before they left, had a follw up phone call to ensure we was happy with everything and everything was working well and how it should be. Ive been thrilled with the experience from tech sofa from start to finish. Not only are there costumer service really good but our sofa is absolutely comfortable for a very good reasonable price, the fabric is lovely and so easy to wipe down.

I have just purchased a 3 seater and 2 seater series 3 sofas from Tech sofas and I couldn't b happier, the delivery was extremely quick, the installation guys were brilliant very polite and professional cleared all the packaging and very quick installation.
