Trying to contact tech sofa is impossible my sofa is playing up so I have tried to contact them i have left message they don't respond it's if they no longer trade
So don't buy from them once you have there sofas that's it you are on your own

I've had my sofa for 2 weeks now and still waiting g for a replacement because they sent the wrong corner for my sofa . Always helpful on the phone promising it is getting sorted but then nothing . Always having to chase them x highly disappointing

The only reason you didn't get 5 stars was the transport company let you down. The service from them was way under par, not very friendly at all and in way too much of a rush, infact when 1 of them found out they had to carry it upstairs to my flat, his face told a million stories. They had been orewarned at keast twice if not 3 times before they arrived and it left a sour taste in my mouth. The sofa is brilliant really fantastic quality.

I received the sofa on the 20th the guys were great unfortunately they were in a hurry to get away and did not test everything. My seats do not heat up in have phoned messaged them about the problem. No return phone call or message from them very disappointed it was not a cheap sofa at £1.200

I ordered the Series 8 sofa on 12th November and it arrived on the 14th. Delivery team were great, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the entire right-hand side of the sofa didn’t work straight out of the box. The drivers said they would report it and told me to contact Tech Sofa as well, which I did by email and WhatsApp.
On the Monday morning I called and was told they “don’t work weekends” and that only one person was in this week, which is why my WhatsApp messages weren’t answered. For context, their WhatsApp replies usually take three to four days anyway, so it’s not a reliable way to contact them at all.
I explained the issue and questioned how a brand-new product could arrive faulty. I was told it “comes straight out the box” and nothing could be done except sending an engineer. No offer of a replacement. I was told I’d get a booking link soon.
By mid-afternoon, still nothing. I called again and spoke to someone else entirely (strange, considering I was told only one person was in). I had to explain everything again because she knew nothing about it. She finally sent the link, but the earliest appointment was the 27th — 11 days later. I queried this on WhatsApp and was basically told they have no control over it.
This is our second purchase from Tech Sofa in five years. I understand the old owners sold the business to the current team, and sadly it shows. The service level is nowhere near what it used to be and early on both people I spoke to sounded like they simply didn’t care.
The engineer arrived today (he was great, no issue with him) but said he couldn’t even inspect the fault without cutting the sofa open because this model has no access zip. Obviously I refused. I then called Tech Sofa again and spoke with Darell, who was actually very helpful. I explained the full story again, he spoke to management, and called me back within 15 minutes to confirm they would arrange a replacement instead, as they didn’t want it cut open either. The middle-section pillow also sags in one corner, so at least that will be addressed too.
However, they couldn’t do anything until Monday 1st December to arrange the replacement, so now I was waiting again.
Update after the weekend:
The “replacement” I was promised on Friday turned out to be yet another lie. I received no call on Monday, so I chased them myself, only to be told they had sold out over the weekend due to Black Friday and that my sofa was now discontinued. You genuinely couldn’t make this up.
After nearly 3 weeks of delays, a faulty product, an engineer who couldn’t repair it, and multiple contradictions from staff, the final answer was simply that they have no stock and no solution. Meanwhile, they continue advertising items online that they know are unavailable or discontinued.
Thankfully the sofa has now been collected and I have been refunded, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone put themselves through this experience. The current ownership and management seem completely uninterested in honesty or customer service. I will be reporting the company to Trading Standards, as the continued sale of out-of-stock and discontinued items is unacceptable.
Probably the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. 14th November purchase and money back December 7th. Do not buy from these people. And the reply from Carrie on here was a another lie they never called, i have always had to call them.

From the moment i saw the sofas,I knew id have a tough job to find anything that would measure up to the Series One Sofas, at Tech Sofas UK and i was right. It took me a year to go around every Furniture shop from Harveys, to George Street Furnishers all the way down to World of leather. I even researched US as they have some fabulous furniture and i was willing to pay to ship it over. Anyway, it was true, i was in love with the Series one Tech Sofas, I was 'smitten'.
I ordered them on my Birthday as i wanted to make a memory out of this love affair!
It happens that i was in hospital at the time, so it gave me a reason to get well and get home. Its important i tell you that, as i had to change my delivery date several times, and the delivery team were so accommodating. My sofas came today,(18th Nov) im ecstatic!!!! I could not be happier, they look most fabulous in my room I am delighted with Carrie at Tech Sofas for her excellent guidance and knowledge, and to the delivery team who were more than a little empathetic kind and not once pushy in any way.
So a massive THANK YOU to you all, you made this Customer Blissfully happy!!!!

The sofas are beautiful looking and very comfortable and the delivery service was outstanding back in December 2024.
However the first heated seat stopped working by March 2025 and then a recliner switch failed in April 2025.
Ongoing Customer Service I can unfortunately only describe as poor. Heated seats are no longer functioning on any of my sofas and the faulty switch took over 6 months to replace (as a botch as it’s the wrong side) The company seem to have no idea what parts are used in manufacture of their sofas. I have had 2 visits from engineers who can’t fix my sofas because Tech Sofa keep sending incorrect parts. The replaced switch is for the wrong side so has to be used backwards!! The replacement heat pads fit the incorrect switches that have been supplied but not the switches fitted to my sofa which have a separate transformer between them & the switch. My email complaint has been completely ignored as have several WhatsApp messages. I have purchased an extended service warranty although I am questioning its value given that my sofas can’t seem to get repaired in the Manufacturer warranty period. Next step will have to be legal advice I fear.
Update 03/12/2025
Sofas will be replaced as soon as new stock is available.
Had a lovely chat with Carrie at Techsofa who is arranging for both sofas to be replaced with a partial refund due to price change.
New stock will have the benefit of known components rather that the legacy inherited from the previous company proprietors. Also service company will be engaged going forwards as a visit to Techsofa is arranged to improve working relationship.
