We had accumulated a credit on our account. We contacted Tulo and within 3 days we had confirmation of a refund. Excellent service.
The mobile app is very easy to use and Tulo is easy to contact if you have an issue.

Global crisis spin
Yet another energy company blaming “global events” while putting prices up. A 6.92% increase followed by a promise of a future 5% VAT saving isn’t exactly reassuring when bills just keep climbing.
The email is full of corporate spin about difficult decisions and price caps, but the only thing customers actually notice is that they’re paying more. If wholesale prices go up, we hear about it immediately. Funny how quickly the savings seem to disappear when prices fall.
Loyal customers deserve better than another price rise wrapped up as good news. Disappointing.

I went with tulo for my energy supply, when I left I spoke to a lady called Gemma, who was a breath of fresh air and a compliment to the company, made it such an easy process when I was leaving, never had any issues with the company and my experiences with them have always been possitive

Every time I ask for an adjustment to my direct debit or repayment of credit they respond within hours and all done within a few hours. Fast friendly and reliable. by far the best company I have ever dealt with in all my 78 years!

Customer service can not be faulted
Customer service can not be faulted. I used Tulo for gas and electric bills for my student house this year on a 12 month contract and they have been amazing. Can’t recommend them enough and will be using them in future for my next house
