Problem with HA purina canine 3kg x2
Been using this company for several months now purchasing my dogs hydrolyzed diet. My dog always loves this food, until this morning We opened a new bag and he literally wouldn’t go anywhere near the bowl. He continued to refuse it at dinner time. (He never misses a meal it’s his favourite time of day!) so we opened the second bag and he sadly refused that aswell. He did however finish off the food in his treat bag like he had been starved (this was from the previous bag)
I emailed the company and was told

This is very disappointing, I have spent a lot of money and have 2 x 3kg of food he won’t eat (from the same batch code)

If I could give a zero I would. Avoid at all costs!!! Customer service is absolutely deplorable. They offer no resolution to problems. Although they state customer service satisfaction guaranteed on there website. Couldn't be further from the truth. Was my first and last time ordering from here.
