No confirmation email once orderd no delivery an then when I email to say I've had no confirmation a confirmation then comes through of my order then 3 days later get an email saying I'm been refunded poor service

Failure to deliver x2 update
Failure to deliver x2, apparently’damaged in transit’ on both occasions, and I had to chase to find out. Now awaiting refund - watch this space.
Refund is now in my account so the company did respond promptly. However, I don’t like their system of using the ‘Shop’ app for tracking, and making the customer email them for a tracking number. All very clunky and time-consuming

Poor reliability and no delivery updates
Delivery was late, no notification that the order was dispatched. Contacted them and got a response over a day later that my order was returned to them damaged. Requested a redelivery instead of a refund, only to be told later that a colleague had already refunded me. So no information about my delivery at all and now I've run out of food. They may be cheap but avoid if you want reliable updates and deliveries.
