Great and clear in describing what the insurance policy is and what it will be / could be. Answered all my questions effortlessly and calmly.

Knowledgeable and polite explanation no rush gave me time to ask questions perfectly

avoid this company at all costs. i put through a claim on the 4th of april for an out of ours visit to the vets. i was asked to fill out a PDF and advised that the vets fill out the second part. however, they didn't mention that i was suppose to take this to the vets, which is out of hours, to get them to fill this out. apparently emails aren't a thing with them. long story short, various other totally unnecessary and completely avoidable issues have arisen with this claim, where i have had to run them down at each point to get them to do their jobs. it is now the 23rd of april and I'm still being asked very stupid questions, because their process are so backwards, and still waiting on a payment to be paid. i couldn't have had a worse experience.

Having requested a quote, I was pleased to not receive additional calls, and given sufficient time to review the documents prior to my decision. When calling Vetsure, my call was received in a friendly and helpful nature, and I did not feel under pressure to make a commitment before I was ready. My queries about the policy were handled well and I was informed clearly of the information I required. The setting up of the policy was straightforward and the team member dealing with my policy was patient and helpful throughout the process. All of the supportive documentation arrived promptly following the end of the process.

I have been with Gibson & Jones practice for about 8 years. While raising Guidedogs puppies on behalf of Guidedogs, prior to finding the practice I must of been to at least 12 or more around the Swansea area. I can list at least 6 major problems with different vets without the heated talks trying to explain that they were not my puppies ( I normally have them for just 1 year)
This practice while both treating the dogs gave them the best care and attention while also giving the best treatment and attention.
I have now become the owner of one of the retired dogs, so needed to insure her, I had no hesitation where to go when I asked about insurance they did not push me to Pet sure they just gave me a leaflet saying this is what we have here and this is what our recommendation is. No sales pitch.
I brook a week comparing and when I called the one number questions were answered and the whole thing was done over the phone.
Yes there were questions asked why insure a 6 year old dog now? What I had payed? Was there any current injuries or problems? As I have all the paperwork and history of treatment the lady on the phone went through the form filling out, for me the easiest and most efficient experience over a phone ever.

Good communication .

The operator on the phone was very patient and explained everything in detail to help us get the right level of insurance for our new puppy.

I already have a British shorthair with you I needed to add my new cat to my account.
I couldn’t access my account online as I needed to add my new addition. so I called asking for help with this. Vanessa helped me through the process and set everything up for me. I had difficulty understanding how the policies work. Vanessa took her time with me to read everything out and helped me understand this.

I also asked Vanessa, if she would kindly send me a paper copy of my plan in which she has also done this for me for both my cats. She was kind and polite and took her time with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Vanessa is a credit to your business and this should be taken note off. Thank you very much.
