Polite and easy to do over phone
We have a ex racer unfortunately we don't have much info on her history before we got her but we done what we can gone for accidental least she as some cover I got it explained over the phone the lady was polite and explained everything that came and either plans are not expensive it just certain things are not covered

Pointless
Would not cover treatment or emergency vet visit, subsequent pet being PTS because of passing comment on vets record which apparently counts as an existing condition. Will not be renewing, feel like pet insurance is pointless after our experience

Ally agreed to call me back in 2025 after i messed up my dog insurance and today she did as she had promised . Ally helped me find the best insurance plan with them for me and my dog Edna. Vetsure have the kindest most professional and understanding customer services I have dealt with. We received a lovely card when our cat passed, a genuine company who care. The insurance is excellent value for money and easy to claim when you need to.

Impressed Yet Again !
Over the last few years, I have left very positive reviews for Vetsure and am very happy to leave yet another ! Reggie has been extremely poorly, each time I've rung Vetsure, I've been blown away with the kindness of the customer service agents. Today, Hilary is the star. Having just had Reggies diagnosis, I was a little bit emotional but she was so empathetic and so sweet. But of course, an excellent customer service is just a part of having to deal with insurance companies, quite often a huge headache but again, Vetsure come out on top, easy to make claims and fast payments into my bank account. Unfortunately, I have had to make several claims over the years and they have never let me down. Not sure how many other insurance companies could compare to Vetsure's high standard. Highly recommend.
