Lovely staff great value
Lovely staff who supported me explaining the policy breakdown and so surprised to receive a free hamper as a bonus! Great value for money and that the insurance and pet plan is also affiliated with my vet.

Aids treatment I wouldn't be able to afford
With the help of the vet nurse & Vetsure my claims go through when I need them to. Having a rescue as a pet leaves them with unforeseen issues as they age. The awful treatment she received as a young dog has impacted on her older years. I am doing all I can with my vet to ensure she is without pain for as long as possible. I wouldn't be able to do so without Vetsure.

I recently took out cat insurance with Vetsure and everyone I spoke to there were kind, courteous, and efficient.
In particular Eva and Joanne both of whom were very helpful.
The insurance itself was of a favourable rate and cheaper than a lot of competitors.

It’s good to talk rather than just fill in forms.
It was good to be able to talk to a knowledgeable person when deciding what level of insurance to buy. I am glad that I was given the option to talk a representative rather than fill in forms on line. Of course one never knows how good the insurance company are until you need to make a claim.

Kind, compassionate and professional.
Today I phoned to cancel my vet plan insurance which is run by Vetsure as my elderly cat had passed away.
I was treated with such kindness and compassion that I will definitely consider changing my current pet insurance with Many Pets over to Vetsure.
