I found Vetsure very helpful, talking me through what was available , the young lady speaking to me didn’t give me a sales talk. but helped me thru every contract, no pressure, so anyone not sure I recommend you give Vetsure a call !

Communication was great
Communication was great, staff were polite and easy to understand explaining everything fully and answering my questions. The price was lower than my renewal which was the reason for moving insurers.
Obviously I haven't had to use the insurance yet as I have just taken it out so cannot comment on their service regarding that, but hopefully it would be as smooth as everything else has been.

No problem with this insurance
No problem with this insurance. They work with my vets so it's very easy to use. I have used it twice for very small claims. But I didn't know if I was going to need more appointments. I'm glad I didn't but it would have been covered.
