Joanne called me to discuss the quotation and she was extremely helpful, was interested to hear about my cat, she was professional and, importantly, was not "pushy". The whole process was explained in detail, she was a delight to deal with.

Very helpful in a difficult situation
Having recently suffered a serious personal loss, I was very emotional. I adopted a puppy from a dog rescue, to help look forward to the future, both for me and the puppy.
I was treated with kindness and empathy by the lady spoke with on the phone. She helped me organize the pet insurance and was very helpful going over things several times with me to make sure I understood. I also like the fact that they deal with the vet directly.

More than happy with my experience of vetsure. They paid out in a timely manner but even better they deal directly with my vets so in future i don't need to anything. The staff are also lovely and very knowledgeable
