I done a mistake ordering a sofa for the garden. I couldn't modify the order, so it arrived. They suggested me don't accept the delivery and after 10 about I received my money back to my account. At that time I remake the order and it arrived in 10 days about.
Quality of the service was good, quality of the sofa also. Just the sofa it's composed of 4 pieces (armchairs) and you cannot screw together.

Λάθος παραγγελία
Παραγγείλαμε ένα χριστουγεννιάτικο δέντρο ύψους 1,80μ και ήρθε ένα 0,50μ το πολύ. Δεν έκαναν τον κόπο να επικοινωνήσουν ποτέ μαζί μου, τουλάχιστον για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα.

Εκτιμούμε τα σχόλιά σας και λυπούμαστε αν δεν είστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι με τα προϊόντα που παραγγείλατε.
Κατόπιν συζητήσεων, καθώς ενημερώσατε οτι δεν έχετε φωτογραφίες προϊόντος να το δούμε αναλυτικά, την υπόθεση, και το αρνηθήκατε κατά την παράδοση του, καθώς βγάζατε το συμπέρασμα απο το κουτί του και μόνο, όσων αφορά τις διαστάσεις του, οτι είναι μικρότερο απο οτι θα έπρεπε, θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε οτι αυτό το προιόν δεν στελνεται σε ένα κομμάτι. Το προϊόν συναρμολογείται με 3 κομματια για να φτάσει στο ύψος 1,80 cm.
Ευχαριστούμε για την κατανόηση.
Στην συνέχεια , αν υπάρχουν ερωτήσεις, περιμένουμε απάνηση στο email μας.

Μέτρια ποιότητα προϊόντος αλλά επαρκής ανταπόκριση από τον κατασκευαστή.
Ενημέρωση 17.12: Μετά από επικοινωνία της εταιρείας μαζί μου, δέχτηκαν να μου στείλουν νέους μηχανισμούς για τα συρτάρια όπως ζήτησα και τους αναμένω τις επόμενες ημέρες. Ελπίζω έτσι να λυθεί το πρόβλημα. Με ενημέρωσαν επίσης ότι αν θέλω μπορώ να επιστρέψω το προϊόν είτε για αντικατάσταση είτε για επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η ανταπόκρισή τους ήταν καλή και φαίνεται ότι πράγματι ενδιαφέρονται για τον πελάτη. Αν και παραμένω διστακτικός, δεν αποκλείω να ξανά προτιμήσω την VidaXL.

04.12 Δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένος από την ποιότητα κατασκευής του κομοδίνου που παράγγειλα. Τα συρτάρια δεν κλείνουν όπως πρέπει, παραμένουν συνεχώς λίγο ανοιχτά. Αυτό συμβαίνει και στα 3. Φαίνεται ότι κάπου σκαλώνουν 1-1,5 εκ. πριν το τέρμα και κλείνουν εντελώς μόνο μετά από προσπάθειες (άνοιγμα - κλείσιμο και συγχρόνως κούνημα δεξιά αριστερά). Δεν είμαι ευχαριστημένος από τη λειτουργικότητά τους, ειδικά σε σχέση με το κόστος τους.
Κατά τα άλλα οι οδηγίες αν και είχαν μερικά λαθάκια, ήταν κατατοπιστικές. Τα διάφορα τμήματα είχαν την απαραίτητη προετοιμασία εκτός από μία τρύπα σε μια πλευρά συρταριού που χρειάστηκε να ανοίξω ο ίδιος (ευτυχώς έχω τρυπάνι). Τέλος η σχεδίαση όπως αναμενόταν και φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες, κανένα παράπονο.
Για να είμαι ειλικρινής, μετά από αυτή μου την εμπειρία, δεν είμαι βέβαιος για το αν θα σας ξανά προτιμούσα.

Bad experience
They say that my sofa would come with assembling instructions but nothing would tell that it would come in 60 pieces of wood. The carpenter I called had to deal with a lot of problems as nothing was properly aligned and the holes for the 200 various screws were faulty. I had to pay a lot of money, the third of the price. They told me that I could find instruction at youtube but I couldn't find any. Never again

Αγορά με ήθος
Μαγαζί με ήθος είναι δύσκολο να βρεθεί.
Παρήγγειλα ένα κρεβάτι-δώρο έκπληξη
και την μέρα που ανήγγειλα την άφιξη,
μου είπαν οι γονείς ότι δεν θέλουν το δώρο.
Αμέσως με βοήθησε η πλατφόρμα και όχι μόνο
το πήραν πίσω αλλά επέστρεψαν και όλα τα χρήματα.
Ότι αφορά το σπίτι μόνο από εκεί θα αγοράζω και τους ευχαριστώ.

αγόρασα πρόσφατα μια παπουτσοθήκη 80…
αγόρασα πρόσφατα μια παπουτσοθήκη 80 ευρώ και μου πήρε 2 μερες να τη συναρμολογησω δεν υπήρχαν τρύπες για τις βιδες και οι βιδες ηταν πολυ μικρες με αποτελεσμα να διαλυθουν οι μεντεσεδες στο τελος χρησιμοποιησα δικες μου μετανιωσα που εδωσα τοσα λεφτα

The henhouse I bought is very unstable and not as described! It rained one day and everything swelled up! I do not recommend it. It is not worth the money!

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση
Πολύ σημαντικό ότι αυτό που επιλέξαμε,ένα crade σκυλου,ήταν ακριβώς όπως φαινόταν στην φωτογραφία και το χρώμα του και η ποιότητα του ξύλου πολύ καλή. Η παράδοση έγινε νωρίτερα από όσο έγραφε και αυτό ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο γιατί το χρειαζόμαστε όσο πιο γρήγορα!
